@InuYashaMart Theyre developing the techniques they have to their maximum potential, rather than starting to work on a new technique after just learning the basics. As proof Naruto and Sasuke have developed their Rasengan and Chidori to a level surpassing the original creators of the technique (Yondaime and Kakashi).

And Naruto does have other techniques aswell (Shadow clones, Summoning, Sage mode...)

Sasuke has EMS, susanoo, amaterasu, tskuyomi, and powerful lightning manipulation. Naruto has full control over the 9 tails chakra, (a nearly unlimited amount) Sage chakra and the techniques that follow it, and of course, he won't ever give in until he dead. I think that naruto will come out on top. Sasuke has all these powerful techniques, but he has limited chakra while naruto has a nearly un-ending amount, and a diverse amount. It really comes down to who has more heart. Naruto does.

Hes the the best lightning manipulator alive, he knows most of orochimarus techniques. I think he is stronger than naruto

@ballwizard6 Yeah, I agree that Sasuke is indeed badass, and his eternal mangekyo hasn't yet been seen in the manga, as he's stll recovering, but don't rule out naruto with his stored sage chakra PLUS full control over all of the nine tails chakra, the strongest of the tailed beasts. man, when those two finally meet again it's gonna blow my mind :D
