Nope, Fairly Legal wasn't replaced by Suits. Its just a fall/spring show like how Psych is now. Fairly Legal was picked up for a second season, which will begin to air Fall this year. Whereas Suits will probably continue airing during the summer/winter like all the other USA summer shows. Suits too got picked up for a second season.
