  • This looks more like a demonstration than a real repo. Repo men are greedy, evil scumbags, but generally not stupid enough to leave one of their people standing there with a camera. They act "tough", but it's just an act. They really rely on speed and stealth. They steal their "unit" and GTFO fast. Also, the way he hooked that Explorer didn't look very stable. One big bump or pothole, and the car would fall off and the owner could take it back.

  • Lame

  • Prime example of the scumbags in the repo industry. Who comes flying in with a sling and the warning lights flashing? Go find a new career and leave this to the real professional recovery agents.

  • Professional dirtbags.

  • I bet he was also wearing a shirt that said Recovery Agent. Did you vin the car or just go by the plate? Very unprofessional.

  • @bradleystratton did you not realize the spotter (the camera woman) was already there don't you think she checked already? not everyone can be as simple minded as you!

  • Sometimes i go in with my lights on depending on the area.. Signifys a legit tow/repo and not sum random theif.. But very rarely.. And i do strap my cars but no on the scene unless its pretty clear nobody is there.. And even then i only do the 1 on the driver side til i get up the road!

  • Thats far from proessional, it's not chained, no safety chains, and no lights

  • a sling? That is hardly professional. We have 4 Dynamic 701s and a dynamic stealth WHEEL LIFT. Not a damage causing 2000 sling. She spent more on lighting than the sling! Would like to see him repo a car with a plastic dumper, or AWD/ I have been a repo "professional" for 13 years, never would I repo like that.

  • @johnwinstan What would you suggest getting in the terms of a good wheel lift just to tow cars/ suv's on the side not everyday! Thought I would ask you since you have been doing it for 13 yrs. Oh, I have a 2005 F250 5.4 gas 31,345 miles 4x4 ext cab short bed with 2.5 lift. Thanks for any info.

  • You dont see many repo guys go in with their lights blazing...

  • Nice Repo Unit! Looks like it was one of ours. Built here at Detroit Wrecker Sales
