Un-check the 'Shiny' box.

Put all the Stats to what ever IV's you like (If you put ALL 31 Ivs make at least one of them to 28, this will help immensely)

Put an '=' next to all of the IV's, except for one. Put a '-' next to that one if it is 31, put a '+' next to it if it is 28 or lower.

Press search.

And choose whatever one you like, it really doesn't matter.

Then press OK.

@CtlAltWin the reason is because pokegen uses the hex that make the character (letters) in the game /FFFF is the code for blank space, the game will automatically do this (if it was made in the game). you can enter characters that are in the game only and some that are /####, a 4 character code shows the correct letter in its place.

I spent the better half of a day trying to figure out why all my pokemon with proper areas IVS and EVs and etc you get the picture, could not go into Wifi random battles. I discovered the outlier is in EV's. You can NOT put anything into EV's or it will not work, I don't know the extent I just know that even if it was < 510 or 510 exactly it would not work. However you can max out IV's and just level up the EV's later so it really is not that bad. Anywho if you're having trouble try 0 EV's
