No problem! Sorry I took so long to reply. This is the demonstration of the mandala offering of the universe in the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddha Dharma. This monk is doing the simple 7 step mandala and the elaborate 37 step in which more things are offered. In some traditions a whole mandala set is used (3 rings)but this being a preliminary practice the mandala base is used. A great way to accumulate merit. Hope this helped!
