what are you going on about, this isn't prophecy, it's satire. It was like it is today 20 years ago too. We've been bombing ourselves in the name of gods since the gunpowder was invented. Think Guy Fawkes. Protestants vs. catholics. This is a timeless song, the names have just been changed.

Great song, old but still very current. I've tried to find acoustic version of this track, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Finally there it is, on YouTube. Thanks a lot for this video.

like the lp version more , but the lyric is so important , that i chose this version . matt johnson is not a "mad johnson" ,in my opinion he`s a prophet . (remember these lyrics are more than 20 years old ... could have been written today...)
