According to Rich, he is the one who teached those millioners (Tactics scamer), he was their teacher and they scamed many people. The results were that they got rich, he get richer and everybody else lost!
I think he should be sorry for that and not be proud of it!
Anyway, he also said a few things that they are very handy and I thanks him for that.
