first of all, learn to type better. second, no, because Double Soul is stronger, but requires a strong friendship between Megaman and the Navi who's power is used for the DblSoul form. meanwhile, ElecTeam extention-chip forms are weaker, less convenient for getting a specific one, and not quite as strong of a power imbuement.
