The overwhelming feeling I got at the Grand Canyon was vertigo! I never had a problem with heights until I went there. I think my brain just couldn't comprehend the enormity of the hole!

yeah, Brian Cox doesn't get emotional. I have never seen someone (sans myself) with a greater love of Physics. He is without a doubt my favorite living physicist

Brian, come on! I would feel really excited if I were at the Grand Canyon! It's a wonderful place to study geochronology, all strata is at display from Pre-Cambrian to present day! And the other thing... it's the spot where the Great Unconformity is best exposed. Plus, the view is just breathtaking...
