Thats a cracker Paul. I must get down there to see them, seeing a chough is still on the 'to do ' list ! Mind you we had a Hoopoe in the garden at work last week which was a thrill.
@silasbanjo Cheers Silas, This was the first time I'd seen the Choughs. Beautiful birds...especially in flight. I'd heard the odd Hoopoe had been seen around Cornwall. Apparently there's one around the Kynance Cove area too. I'd love to see one. Cheers ~ Paul

Such a lovely bird the chough. And the emblem of Cornwall. I lived in Polzeath in the fifties and I think they where all gone by then.
