2) Shotgun

3) Micro-SMG

4) Sniper Rifle

dude, you could have done all that by tapping NUM9 (by default) it gives you a speed boost while in a bike and it would be harder for the police to catch you

how did you figure all this out?

Just a lot of trial and error... I learned the patterns of the cops and helicopters, and figured out how to avoid them.

Once I knew their pattern, it became a little easier.

There are actually places in the game where you can stand still and never have any police come near you ever (even though you have a Wanted Level)... and then there are other places where they don't appear that often.
