  • too many jumps from high altitude. I don't know how long you've been training, but unless it's over ten years, this is very dangerous for your joints. And rolls are not too clean. you can come back to the jumps only after mastering the basics and training your legs. it's pretty obvious from the video that you're not ready yet.
