I'm pretty bony, but I'm doing martial arts and parkour over the summer I'm going to literally hit my shins repeatedly because they are weak as hell if I hit something with them hurts like a b!tch. Rolling doesn't hurt as much when you do it fast a slow roll is rly painful. Should I need to be able to roll on my right and left side?

try harden ur back muscles by jus lying on the ground and like rolling (not forward rolling) but jus rolling simply.....
