Keep in mind, the engine makes about 15% more than what shows up at the wheel (68hp). I bet this bike, at this power level, is as reliable as a stocker and an absolute BLAST to ride. Mine is.- All these "big" power 350's are either on or off and melt pistons with every tank of racegas. No fun.
59hp aint really that much, my dads old rd 350lc had 76hp with proffesional tuning and new exhaust kit, but then i dont know what the difference is between rz and rd, mabye rd rev more?
Rd and Rz is the same, they're just called Rz in some wacko countries and I think the paint scheme are a little different. Lc's (80-82) have no YPVS (power valves) which makes it tons more fun to ride then a YPVS. Sure the valves gives you power, but it takes away that kick of the powerband.
76 rwhp for an Lc is alot. It's not impossible to reach, just damn good. =)
I think my Lc have around 60 but it's very hard to say. Alot more then stock though. =) My engine setup is similar to your dad's.
yh my dad said he would never get a ypvs, only a 350lc =], yh like i said my dads 350 was proffesionally tuned to 76hp as well as having micron exhausts, the company who tuned his bike also tuned another 350lc -(not ypvs), too 101hp! this was race tune so all power was top end, no good for road riding =D
a dyno test with no hp or torque figures..............awesome re malaka.
