Hi Steve. Are you sure this was the Stranglers. I know JJ did a solo tour at that time (1979) to promote Euroman Cometh, but The Stranglers didn't play then, or ever to my knowledge. Have you got any more from this gig, would love to hear it. Jellyfish was ace!
Lol yes it was the Stranglers Glenn. Or 3 of them anyway. It's from the concert they performed with guest vocalists when Hugh was banged up in prison in 1980. It also has Davey Payne from the Blockheads on sax, an instrument not used on the Euroman tour.
