I honestly don't think this is that great a card, for multiple reasons:

1. Must be in the graveyard to tune

2. Can only synchro with a blackwing monster

3. Can only synchro with ONE monster

4. Can only synchro for a BLACKWING synchro

5. Considering there is no level 5 blackwing synchro, must tune with a level 5 or 6

6. The synchro monsters effect is negated.

Compared to LS, vayu turbo is nothing. It can only get a maximum attack of 2500 beatstick, and it has no effect. OUT OF CHARACTERS.

Vayu completely changes the way that many blackwings deck run if someone has 3 in their deck. At that point, most of a blackwing deck's strategy will be aiming for the otk with Dark Armed Dragon, and burial in dd's.

I'm fine with Vayu, not so much okay with lightsworns.

Vayu sucks! He have just 1 star it doesn't work with shura or bora and the effect of the synchro monster is negated... I think Mistral is better and he's effect work even if have been summoned bu shura and you can summon armed wing of goyo guardian faster!
