@Quadrillion01 It sucks that boy scouts are religious biggots. You have to belive in something in order to join them.I feel bad for the atheist kids who want to join them.
thats almost impossible to do. you need several months of leadership, a year and a half. and an eagle scout takes an average of 6 months to complete. Plus not to mention merit badges, and accomplishing the other ranks before starting your project.
It's just you. If you had to go through (or watch scouts as I have) all the Leadership time, projects they have to organize. All the community Service time.. Then you would understand why only 2 out of every 100 Scouts get it.
Also Ryan 2378 the funny thing is that they are dedicated like all other eagle scouts who do more good in the world in one day then u will ever do in ur life with that attitude
truthgonebad. I know of two who did it when they were 13. It isn't easy. I know of one Scout who had the requirements at 13 but didn't pass the Eagle BOR because he really didn't understand why he should be an Eagle Scout. One I met did understand it and did his best to prove it too. Congratulations.
Ryan probably has never been laid and thinks that it is a cure all for ambition.SCH1308 probably doesnt know what ambition is. believe me none is adopted, family history goes back to passing out cigars at the drafting of the declaration of Independence.
It figures that the AP cuts out "to God and my country" when they're reciting the Scout Oath.

being an eagle scout just doesn't sound too exciting or like it's even a great accomplishment--- but maybe it's just me.
