If you go to the "Life in a Day" Channel type "/lifeinaday" after the .com on YouTube, you'll get ALL the info. Like any movie, they plan to edit and use the most interesting bits. However, what you find interesting and what they find interesting isn't nessesarily the same. So they just want to see "Life" - what's actually happening - during that 24 hr period. Do 2 minutes or 2 hours. Just film your life, save it, and get waivers for everyone in it. Nothing too fancy.
