They have refs so the coaches dont have to. Its hard to watch players working on specific things while officiating a game like situation at the same time. This way, the players do not get an advantage that they would not in a game - and get a false idea of a play based on something that would not fly in a game

@beasts4560 some of these clips are actual games, but the ones with no one in the stands are scrimmages. thats why their wearing pinnies. but i have no idea why there are refs.
