It's from episode 10 of the Tower of Druaga anime. In the actual clip she is reaching for a key with her foot, but I played the clip backwards to make it look more like pulling than reaching. ^^
Nicely done man! :D It really looks as if her foot is stuck in some sticky goo!
As for some problem areas, some of the goo and her foot appear to have some aliasing, some of which can be seen around seconds 3 and 4. To make it mesh better, I recommend blurring the goo a bit so that it matches the overall video. That, and adjusting the lighting on the goo under the toes and sole of the foot.
I was hoping the thumbnail would make sense when i saw the video.
