Is it true that only the first wave of Prowls have the sticky paint problem?

Dunno if it is the first wave cuz those Universe figures are relatively recent in my country and the Prowl I got yesterday IS sticky on the sides, specifically the doors and front mudguards (dunno the exact name). Kinda annoying coz it got dirty really fast :(

The paint on the doors and roof is smudging on mine, Hasbro is replacing it tho.

Update: Hasbro replaced Prowl with Sideswipe - guess they had no more in stock. I just picked up another Prowl today and it seems that they fixed the issue with the paint.

Right when I saw this I got him without a doubt over any of the others there, and wasn't disappointed at all, (My collection is super small-3) and I really like his robot mode. Mine stands very well, and is very easy to transform If you use the instructions (they can sometimes be un-understandible

a I thought Prowl was pretty easily to transform, I still have trouble with Arcee, but I don't like her robot mode and love the alt mode so it's fine with me XD Great job on this video!

you can pull down the feet so they dob't look like stubs. you can also pull down the feet.
