Hey tuan, you´re one of my favorite role models in things of fitness and bodybuilding, love your videos and I have a little question what would you prefer to build more muscle weightgainer or whey protein ?
@214325326457 the only thing you are destroying are mine and everyone elses ears with your douche bag words. I been to your channel. Nice anime video. Guess you think you can transform yourself into somekind of demi god or a mech in order to fight. Bottom line, I got over 250 videos showcasing what I am capable of. You have nothing but cartoons on your channel, no videos showcasing any of your so called kickboxing skills and your lame douche bag words. You just got "PWNED' douche
@roughneckasian well done, kids these days lol. was hoping you could help me with a question i have about explosive power. i want to gain a little mass and maintain speed so ive been doing mostly calisthenics. is it true that doing fast pushups and fast pullups, situps, dips etc will give u that quick "snap back" motion in a fight
@kannypangg Tyson, Holyfield, Geroge Forman, even Ali had big pec muscles. Did it affect their ability to punch. Considering they where all champions in boxing, I would say no. range of motion is about the extension of you arm and the angle and position of your feet, shoulders and hips. I have spared many with a 12 inch reach advantage on me (I spare alot of guys over 6 feet tall) and yet I can still reach them with good angles, foot work and understanding my striking range of my punches
@Gmoneymozart When I am in the start of my bodybuilding season, yes. Durning that time, I want to know exactly how many calories I am burning so I know how much I need to eat. As of now, no. I am getting ready for a powerlifting meet and I only do enough cardio/conditioning to keep my weight in check so I do not go over and lift in the heavier weight class
I say this in the nicest way - I didn't expect to watch the whole of this video, yet it was so interesting just listening to your commentary and detailed explanation of everything. Loved it.
One critcism though; make the screen with your face a bit bigger :D
Hey Tuan! I just wanted to say that your videos help me get better in shape. I went from 178 to 170, and then 170 to 160. Now I am 155lb and I'm stronger than I ever was before. Now I want to mass up to 170 and be able to lift more weights.

Would massive pecs like yours affect one's range of motion? Or is it just a myth?
