@georgecarlinisfunny Kind of. I play on the PC and there's a way you can use your mouse to do a 180 with one drag. So doing a full loop only requires 2 pulls. But I do agree. Controllers far superior to mice in the jets.

@ciavarella1292 yes, but most of the time, you need to do turns A LOT more than 180, and if you're not making smooth continuous loops, the enemy will escape your sights. I play with jets on the xbox and can't tell you how important it is to always keep pitching and rolling when in a jet dogfight

you are very skilled BF3 soldier, but you need to improve your piloting skills. I don't know why you bother with heatseekers when most pilots have IR Flares, ECM jammer, or Extinguisher. I find it's a lot quicker to destroy the enemy jet by simply gunning it down.

the time it takes for you to lock on and fire, I could already disable the jet.
