Because you missed 3 minion stones, which amount to 5 minions each. You don't more then Durium, just remember to put 33% greens in it.

i am sooooooooooooooo confused so the wizard is the real overlord and he killed all the heros that destoyed the tower and he had to go into the wizards body. so were do you come in and is that why in overlord 2 the tower heart is blown up and the land is destoryed. im sooooooooooooo confused

@thelawley1 There were originally 8 heroes. They fought against the original overlord. The 8th hero (you the new overlord) died after the death of the original overlord. The remaining 7 left the 8th hero. However, upon the death of the original overlord, the original overlord's soul went into the 7th hero (the wizard) and obliterated his soul and took over his body. The wizard (now the original overlord) turned the remaining 6 evil (the bosses of the game). The 8th hero became the new overlord..

@thelawley1 ...because the original overlord's minions thought he was dead and made you the new overlord to take his place. The new overlord (you) is basically trying to take over the whole land for your own purpose. Hence, the wizard (original overlord) came out of hiding to take everything that you own by killing you. For your second exclamation look up the ending of Overlord Raising Hell and the beginning of Overlord 2.

I have the Overlord demo and the game is EXTREMELY laggy. Which is weird because the cutscenes are even more detailed and they don't lag at all. Is there any way to reduce the lag?

@skinnyknickers k.. get yerself killed, return to tower, and go to the dungeons.. kill all 4 types of beetles - 50 lifeforce per run. get 10 blues and all the browns u can get and put them on sperate markers. if a brown dies, blues will ressurect..........good luck

Some people seem to really think these bosses are hard.. So heres a quick little thingamajig

Melvin - Always stay behind him(keep minions behind him also)

Oberon - get up close to the front so the roots cant get you(for trolls/minotaurs, move back when minotaurs raise hammer/trolls shout)

William - This is just like a normal battle

Goldo - slice the back of Rollo, and when u get the small cutscene use minions to blow bombs on rollo(if no minions, just keep slicing back of Rollo)

Jewel - clear area, block the side passages and then lead her to gate.

Kahn - Just get on platforms above eyes with greens to hop on their heads, when you reach Kahn use reds to pwn him.

The final boss, The old overlord, is real easy. just attack his shield with the color of minions the shield is. The minions who arent attacking his shield, just attack the minions with them. Want a BETTER description for the bosses? message me!

your ending is different from mine (after defeat of wizard) :O. Mine showed little minions growing up and the jester that got extreme power (probably the wizard spirit hasnt killed yet and now lives on in the jester).

and the wizard. that makes only 6 heroes + me would be 7. But I remember that when I found out that he took the spells and even worse, took my tower, I was so anger and raged. I went downstairs, put on my arcanium armor and helmet wich I never used. I filled 500 minions in my mace and 1000 minions in my armor. Those minions of him didnt stand a chance, one hit, five instant dead. and the wizard was easy, I took care of minions, my minions took care of him. all with all, Goldo was most though.

I played the entire game with just regeneration steel armor as extra and from goldo i used the arcanium mace, nothing more. I had my arcanium armor in basement, but spared it for last hero. I read in your discription that I was hero in the past, that less, hoped I was the ancient overlord and then this overlord came, was also defeated and started its evil plan with destroying me at the end. I liked being evil. but there are (without me) only 6 heroes, not 7. Melvin, oberon, william, goldo, kahn.

take red and green minions and find a area higher off the ground than the floating guys and put a guard marker there. the greens will jump on there back and do a lot of damage and the reds will throw fire at them. just repeat that on all of them and you'll be done

not to be one of those annoying buggers, just some helpful advise: make your entire horde green. plant a guard marker RIGHT where you enter the room, then camp there until a green shield comes up. immediatly sick all your greens on HIM (if his shield falls ALL his minions die at once). when you get stuck in the middle, just sweep your minions back to the front door again, and kill them yourself (all minions take a one hit kill to any arcanum weapon).

BTW Is there anyone of you who choose Rose instead of Velvet. I personally toke Rose because she makes my brown minions stronger and i use those more often.
