  • Well that's a write off.

  • this happens when you operate an aircraft older than chuck norris.

  • or maybe union members cant build airplanes

  • This is the worst company anyone could work for. Very unsafe. They love to screw their pilot group for flying safe and will make your life hell. I am suprised they haven't had more crashes. I know because i was a mechanic with the cowardly cocksuker for many years. Connie should be taken out back and worked over old way for all the peaple he hurt and killed for money.

  • Yeah theres no fixing that one.

  • In fact, the airframe did not simply "break",it fractured when the aircraft felt 4 meters deeper off the runway, that is +/- 13",with all that heavy load it fractured. The nose gear did not broke off,it was pushed inside with all the linkage and lifted the cargo floor up. The crew couldn't leave the aircraft trough the usual (lower) exit because the door could not be opened because of the lifted floor. The fact that the plane broke in 3 parts has nothing to do with metal fatigue.

  • And the reason why this happened is simply pilot error. He rejected his T/O after V1,wich you don't do normally. Altough this,he could have saved the aircraft and stopped it before it felt of the runway,in the overrun section,it he deployed the speedbrakes and his thrust reversers, wich he didn't. That means that he did not use his full deceleration abilities...This plane was saveble by simply pulling 2 handles in the cockpit...

  • cargo i supose

  • It was an aborted take off and wasn't structural,it was incidental resulting in break up.

  • We need to hire snipers on major airports. Shoot down any bird you see. Da plane coughed up a bird in da engine

  • No wonder it broke up...it's a 100 series, old as fuck.

  • It's a bit of a stretch to say that.

Yes - it's a 100 series and yes it is old, but it's breakup was due to a severe lack of structures maintenance and very rough treatment by the airline. If it hadn't happened here, it would have happened in the air.

  • It's a 200 series...

  • It s always better to shout up then to talk crap....It was a 747-209F from 1980. Maitenance was always good on this aircraft. The P&W engines were in good working order. I do happen to know quite a lot about this incident, not to say "all". So please shut the fuck up and just ASK a question if you want to know something ok...??

  • Kalitta air have a fantastic maintenance schedule - you can see that from this video of a completely undamaged airframe parked nicely in the field.

Additionally to this the crashed aircraft, there is N709CK - The well-maintained engine separated from the frame! Or What about N714CK? It crashed also due to engine trouble.

Testaspeeder - Don't hide behind bravado and a pseudonym.. You are clearly WRONG and the evidence out there supports my theories of shoddy maintenance

  • As I sais before:if you are ignorant, just ask the question, you'll be dumb for 5 seconds...don't ask it,and you'll be dumb for life...You earler stated that this is a 100 series...well you're wrong dude. It's a 200 series. Do you know the diff's between a 100 and a 200 serie 747 anyway...? What is so pitty about you:you think you know it all,and if you say I'm wrong, then the whole NTSB and the Belgian AAIU (air accident investigation unit) are also wrong,I have the complete and final NTSB report.

  • wich contains 64 pages of EPR and brake plots, reports, pictures about the aircraft itself, maintenance schedules, pilot experience and FH of PIC and FO,airport and runway info and so on...don't be shy to ask a question...BTW do you know the exact raison why the airframe broke in 3...?

  • I wana know why the airframe broke into 3...tell me please? Are you a pilot or a aircraft engineer because you seem to know a lot about aviation. BTW...I would go to aviation school if my life wasn't so busy right now.

  • So explain to me HOW AN ENGINE CAN "FALL OFF" an aircraft?

Poor maintenance from a shit-box company... You must work for them eh? Fucking stupid cunt.

  • stop talking shit and go to aviation school...

  • what are you talking about? Go suck a cack!

  • I knew exactly you were gonna say something like that....

  • its cock dipshit

  • Go suck a cack

  • well thats what happends when you put two fat grannys in the plane

  • Please tell me you still have the warranty slip for the 747!

  • hmmmm.... looks like a slight malfunction!

  • I worked for this company for a year and I heard when this happened oooh man was Connie K. mad!

  • Did anybody videotape the actual landing and accident?

  • It's creepy that less than a month after this happened, Scott Kalitta died... I still won't rule out that this was a sign that it was going to happen.

  • another one crashed( 747 kalitta in colombia 3:50 Am--->>> google it

  • @wimple25

    please watch

    SEPTEMBER CLUES

    911 Taboo

    911 Amateur

911 tv fakery smoke & mirrors

    911 octopus (google video)

  • people still believe that planes can penetrate steel buildings

  • when they fly with a speed of like 700 km/h they can.

  • they can't fly so low and so fast without breaking itselves,

    watch "911 taboo" please

    and after "September Clues"

  • You're right, but do you honestly think the hijackers were concerned with structural damage?

  • @rblue78

weren't hijackers, all the videos are fake or manipulated,

    please watch SEPTEMBER CLUES

  • Hmmm... no.

Would I doubt gov't involvement? Not at all. . wars have always been a great means of prospering for some, but faked / manipulated videos? No. I've seen enough of those videos, and I'm smart enough to call BS when I smell it. You're the same as those people who think the holocaust never happened.

  • "Would I doubt gov't involvement? Not at all. ."

    ok, its' enough for me,

    good life!

  • By "involvement" I, of course refer to the idea that the gov't may have known about the event,s and opted to allow these to occur. But it's nuts like you that destroy any real credibility, and actually DAMAGE your own cause.

  • watch?v=DkzfKRe0gbc

  • So some conspiracy nut doctors video to support a dead cause? The line is present, but the credibility is not. Give me the original video, and I'll take a look at it.

  • are you saying that we made fake video?

we have found a lot of material like that...

we all saw fake video in 911

  • Yes, but I'm not saying YOU made a fake video, but perhaps you are duped into believing this rubbish. Your opinion is that we saw fake video on 9/11, but that's not factual, and cannot be substantiated.

  • You're not seriously suggesting that there weren't any planes? 1000's of eyewitnesses and hundreds of minutes of footage on youtube clearly confirm the fact that what happened that day is real, that is: terrorists attacked the WTC with 2 hijacked airplanes, the structural damage on the WTC + the intens heat from the fires caused by the crash made the two towers collaps. The WTC's specifick structur made it almost freefall, one floor on another. Thats the truth and you're hunting gosts.

  • Scott kalitta has been killed in a Horrific accident yesterday RIP Scott.... and burn in hell DH4

  • realy DH4 so you know Conrad personaly eh? oh and you cant even spell ypsilanti so why should we beleive you ever been there

  • Connie and Scott Kallita are idiots! I worked for these clowns for 16 hours and quit as an aircraft engineer in Yyplanti, Michigan, USA.

One less hazard in the sky. It was probably held together by superglue.

  • It happened in my street. It was a scary moment, I taught he would explode

  • Hmm, the idea on how this happened currently is that a bird strike caused the incident... I guess we'll know it soon enough what the exact cause is though.

  • 5 maybe 6 tubes of superglue should sort it

  • I was there yesterday man I can't believe a plane like that just breakes

  • wow wish i'm there!!!

  • it looks like a plane crashed wow.. yayos gay

  • More than likely then finding will be th crew ini.tiated the abort after V1 was achieved.

  • SWEET

  • I know its the mechanics because they did not find the tell-tale initial, hairline cracks. The pilots have absolutely nothing to do with this. The airplane was rolling for takeoff and was either way improperly balanced, or was already cracked from flying through bad turbulence. Mighta been Russian turbulance......

  • I have been an engineer on 747's for many years. Acft are designed to break at certain areas during a crash or runway excursion. It has nothing to do with maintenance or stress fractures

  • that thing looks like it snapped like toothpick would

  • i hate planes man wtf.. lol but like to travel

  • i never see something like this

  • This shows a lot about Kalittas maintenance work.

  • bro how can you assume it's the mech, how do you know it's not the pilot. remember this was almost in the air

  • I'm just glad nobody was injured.

  • dam! I took off from this rwy many times in a 747..back in the day when Sabena used to operate the -300's. Some officials said the rwy is too short for the heavies to make safe emergency stop in aborted takeoff and shoulda been restricted to smaller acft ages ago. Any one knows if thats indeed so?

  • sad to see this especially since its one of the last 747 100s that are still in existence

  • I departed from that same runway 4 hours before the accident happened it is a runway that is used not very frequently (the wind is blowing from the west most of the time.)

  • if he banked 22 west at 338 ft he would have made it,sh.

  • Just blame it on Al Qaida...

Sure most gringos will buy that, lol

  • my dad was the pilot... my dad was the flight engineer... does anybody trust this people??? please shut up...

  • Thanks God, the aircraft wasn't passenger flight.

  • damnn

  • who is your dads boss

  • well actually he heared 2 booms...

  • notice account closed

  • who is your dad?

  • probably a belgian farmer

  • Believe me, you're image of Belgian farmers dates from 1910. And what the hell, you're from poland so shhht!

  • I am from Poland and.....Tall me what-am I nothing? Come on and tall me.What is wrong with me and my nationality-I want to know that.

About my post - I have nothing to Belgian farmers-I am angry that people are writing about flying , knowing nothing about it.I am also not aviation expert, but I dont create to be him in youtube-thats why I wrote about Belgian farmer.I am sorry. And fuck off

  • I feel threatened by Eastern Europe as a whole, since Poland is part of Eastern Europe AND the EU. Recently the results of and enquiry about the entry of Poland in the EU have been published. The main thing about it is that more than 70% voted against Poland as being a member of the EU. Don't tell me why People hate Poland so much, probably because it represents what we hate about the whole of Eastern Europe. I don't have anything against you in particular though.

  • you fu...moron...west is rotten full of pedofiles obese people weirdos crime people etc...this is what you are proud of and defence???

  • Oh yeah, like there is no crime in your country. And you're talking about the US, although being a great country, Western Europe still is more sophisticated.

  • No way, come to California, San Diego, we will show you exactly what sophisticated looks like.

  • You should come to Europe.

  • I have been to Lyons, France Paris, France. and London, England. Also I have been to Ireland.

  • iluvPATD2 u r Insane......

  • ok and im the next president for the united states, heres my slogan...Free booze for all!

  • like its free usage of booze for all in Belgium?

  • you a funny guy!

  • how this has happened ?

  • @ Polo8236:

The Boeing 747 was cleared for takeoff from runway 20 (a 9800 x 164 feet asphalt runway). The crew reporedly heard one or two loud bangs during the takeoff run. The airplane continued past the end of the runway and broke in three.

  • The Captan decided to abort the take off after hearing a loud boom or explosion. The plane crashed becaus it viered off hitting an embankment. This caused the fusalage to break, otherwise the plane would have ran into a metro rail system according to my dad who was the flight engineer on the flight.

  • Nearest metro line is 8 kms or 5 miles from there.

  • No the nose of the plane is just inches of a train rail

  • No the nose of the plane is just inches of a train rail

  • actualy the nose is hanging over the railway;

  • That's not exactly true either. There's still a couple of meters in between the two it seems. It is hanging very closely to it nonetheless though. The plane has been stabilized so trains can use that section of the track again now.

  • no it almost hangs over the rails from the line 'Brussel-Leuven'
