hmm... have you ever tried the Acuspeed 24 Diet (search on google)? I keep hearing some awesome chatter about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight on it.
This is amazing. I really need to watch this more often to motivate myself. If I may ask, what machines did you use to exercise with? And what types of foods did you avoid?
John Stone, I didn't realize you had a YouTube account until I searched you. Just wanted to tell you, you're an inspiration to everyone with any body size/type. Thanks for sharing your journey and all of the workout tips/diet plans with us!
I've been trying but I guess not hard enough. I youtubed to see if it was possible to really fix up the body in a few months, and you've proven to me just how possible it is if I just get off my lazy ass more often! THANK YOU SIR... I love the picture-a-day idea to track progress too... I might actually try that.
This is really incredible. One thing that surprises me is how fast your skin tightened up. I got put on Prednisone (a corticosteroid) for 3 months and probably gained 35 pounds of fat because of it. I'm off now and starting to get in shape again. My plan is to get up to 45 minutes of cardio, start doing HIIT, then possibly doing Starting Strength along with along with a month of GOMAD once I get down to 8% body fat. Does this sound like a reasonable plan?
@doublej706 Ah well I had another flare up of my Ulcerative Colitis and a knee injury so I had to take care of that for a while (healing can take months because it can make you very anemic as well), but I am down 30 pounds (healthy diet weight loss, not from being sick) since I posted last, and my knee is at the point where I can start up squats again. I think the biggest thing is always staying on it and improving your health and not letting injuries and disease stop you from reaching your goal
I'm not judging you, man(like alot of YouTubers do) I'm sorry to hear of your illness, I hope it will not interfere with your goals with health. Just take it slow and pace yourself before you're ready, you know when too much is too much! It's awesome to see you won't let your knee injury and Colitus hold you back. I wish you the best of luck.
Could I ask why you decided to apply tan after about 2½ months? Was it a personal decision (to reflect your increased health) or was it to accenutate the defintion?
@HarryHayfield I didn't apply a fake tan or anything, I was just feeling much better about my body and spent a lot of time outside with my shirt off (I live in Florida).
It's scientifically proven that the more you work out the tanner you get. =D

How had it worked out for you? It's not only the workout routine, it's dieting and more importantly, changing bad habits.
