saw them @ Boston Tea Party before they became megafamous. Ian Anderson is sure one of the most unique & talented musicians out there. If I remember correctly, he spent pretty much the entire concert on one leg--incredible! And he was funny as hell, a real riot! You can't even be sure he knocked things over accidentally or on purpose or both! The man is brilliant all around! Listen to Heavy Horses!
@fredrums1952 He did technically knock into a cymbal, causing it to lean over briefly before returning to its original position. However, as you so stated (in a manner that was not in the least bit patronising or self-aggrandising), the microphone was the most directly jostled and so, indubitably, I've been an absolute fool. I'm going to live my life differently from now on. I'm going to start over. Maybe move to the country and take up fly-fishing. I'm going to be a new man.
@StockmunchaNo more reckless and callous errors in observation for me. No more crimes that threaten to rend the very fabric of our society. No more! Hopefully, years down the line, I can find some way to make it up to Ian Anderson, to youtube, and to you dear fredrums1952. And so off I go, skating away on the thin ice of the new day. Goodbye everyone!
