Hanareru means "to separate". The base "a" with an ending of "nai" is the conjugation of a verb to the negative indicative. Therefore, my guess is that hanareranai means "can't be separated", and the pronoun is probably we. We can assume in this case it means "We cannot be separated." I think the extra "re" is unnecessary, though. (HanareraREnai) I have no idea why those capital letters are there, lol. Hope I helped. :)
