i found a new devfice that could make power and sore mass quantities of it as hydrogen gass and then thats put in a fuel cell to convert it to electricity when it combines with oxygen to make water not burn but combine and the generator is making magnets neodium spin very fast around a coil when u push a magnet into a coil without itm touching it will light up a 110 volt bulb imagine what 20 neodyum magnets can sustain

That aside, as far as creating an Electro-magnetic field "beam" is concerned, you'd most likely have to create a beam of something to conduct a vast amount of energy, probably either Ions or Plasma, and then shape it into a form that will generate a field powerful enough to actually do damage. Lets face it, with that amount of energy, why not use a rail-gun instead?

It was a re-designed gun system I drew as a possible idea for Mike Wemhoff for his game but it went unused.
The game you can find on NG titled: "Forgotten Rites - Alpha" it was a planned sequel to the Drakojan Skies series, but as usual, unfinished.
