Right now i only have two glass packs on my exhaust and it sounds decent but this sounds great.

wow just amazing but can i get some tips i just got my very first car which is a 05 mystang convertible and i waas wondering should i get the flowmaster exhuast or should i save up for a dual flowmaster exhuast

@ShenderTheHobit well i think in the video i would reccomend magnaflow...but on the whole go with dual exhaust...it looks nice, sounds nice...etc...you cant go wrong.

@ShenderTheHobit no tune it is a straight bolt on mod. you only need a tune if you doing headers, cai, etc...most exhaust systems dont need a tune...the exhaust itself will make your car louder...trust me...i know many folks with many different exhaust systems on their ponies and all of them are way louder than stock.

@TheJKinZz somewhere in the comments on here is the model number...it comes with everything needed...it uses the stock Y pipe...if you want an H or X pipe ....you will have to purchase that separately i believe.

yea i have an '05 mustang and the owner before me didn't take great care of it... his fingernails scratched the paint off the seek but and other buttons

@TheJKinZz that sux...the new pioneer should fit in the slot, its nice...my advice look for the pioneer avic - z3 (i think) the weekend of thanksgiving...most places have sales on the models they are phasing out.....you will find a nice tuner on the cheap!

@TheJKinZz it is a pioneer avic z-1 it is an old model...the newer avic model from pioneer blows mine away and is a great in dash receiver cd/mp3 nav player...

@phunnyguy hey, if i were to throw the heads off of a 99-04 on my 98 v6, would that give me 50HP, i heard somewhere it would and i thought maybe you would know.

@MrSiscub i dont know about the gains...i would assume the heads would fit but i would consult with a professionall first....i am unsure of how much the engines changed from 98 to 99 on the sixer.....i think (and i emphasize think) they would fit...as for gains i dont know...consult with a pro...you may need to tune the engine if you do this and i would have done profesionally on a dyno...hope this helps.

Nice exhaust system and car! i just got a 2010 v6 pony package last month and want to put a dual exhaust on it. want a louder and throatier tone without that "rice" note that some exhausts with x-pipes get. your using the y-pipe that comes with the kit??

@AZpony yes it took less than 15 mins...there is a template for the cut with the exhaust....they did a nice job...i have some ask if i got it that way it looks so good.

i really like the chin spoiler, the one fear that i have is that if its lowered and you add the chin spoiler. if you go over a big speed bump or something. isnt there a high chance that your going to rip it off?

@mustangbrian1000 no it wont come off...i have mine screwed into the bottom of the bumper in the middle along with the 3m tape its fine. does a nice job of deflecting rocks etc from the bumper...its gets banged up a little but keeps the bumper nice and gives the car a nice look. thanks for the view and comment.

the setup with installation should be around 700 or so...thats l.a. prices...adjust for your area of the country.

no it will not void the warranty on anything but the muffler...i know plenty of people who have done the exhaust ontheir car and have yet to meet anyone who has had any problems with after market exhuast...let alone warranty issues....its all good...you will be happy you changed the exhuast. thanks for the view and comment...keep me posted ill try to field any other questions.

I got my frpp v6 kit on my 08 pony package and very pleased with them (except for rattling sometimes with the a/c is on and youre not moving). Just wanted to ask where did u get those chrome trims u have around the tails and window?

the trim is made by scott drake enterprises and you can order them off of the shelby website.

sounds very nice! so basically I could take a GT painted rear bumper and the catback to the ford dealership(my trusted site for repair, etc) for installation and no warrenty issues would arise out of that?

this setup will work with a gt rear bumper....it will not void the warranty on anything else but the exhaust...or any problems that arise from it...make sure you get the v6 magnaflow catback system...i would like to emphasize...no one including me that i know who has installed an aftermarket exhaust on their pony has had any problems arise nor warranty issues wether it was on a v6 or gt...go for it..you will love the sound, and as i said i have had no problems from this mod.

i highly reccomend it...it gives nice power in the mid range...it was professionally installed, and i get regular compliments on the sound even from the guys in the classic stangs...i reccomend it, and you should not worry about any problems arising from this mod...you do not need a custom tune for this mod either...it is a simple bolt on...with a little welding...so use a pro.

one last thing...i am using a y pipe...you can use an x pipe or an h pipe..x pipe will give you alittle more power as will the h pipe...the y pipe gives some power too...and th reason i did it was because i didnt want to buy a new crossover pipe...let me know when you get it and post a vid demo on here for me ;-) hope all this info helps.

yes but only on video. i have heard thebullits on a bullit, they sound awesome...the fr500 has more of a race car sound. but the bullit mufflers from the bullit sound sick! i like the sound of both although the fr500 isnt exactly a daily driver. thanks for the view and comment.

the frpp dual system is a gt takeoff i believe..if this is what your talking about i have heard them and they sound good on a sixxer...i think they make a single exhaust too..but i would go dual...i reccomend them..

ok sounds good for the race track but i like hearing my radio plus i prefur the origanal ford GT sound that the boss 302 and 429 sound like but i must admite my ford ranger v 6 under power sounds real great, and a truck is a race car with a truck body on it built for power, i love the gurrr sound it makes and i can still hear my radio great, nice job guy your nabour's will love you! have you ever tryed flow master exhost systems, thanks for the video i like seeing new things others come up with!

flowmasters are LOUD...while my setup is loud its just right for everyday driving...mac is another good setup...my neighbors actually have never said anything..but then again when babied they can be relatively quiet...thanks for the view and the comment!!! i appreciate it!

p.s. i can hear my radio fine....sometimes i catch myself simply listening to the car on drives...its nice.... :-)

yes there is a cut in the left side of the bumper. the cost with parts and installation was around 500 or so...im in calif...so adjust for your area of the country
