can i ask how to make it so the videos are cut into segments of 10 minutes? because, i have a video i want to post but it is 70 minutes. i need to break it up into 10 or 12 minutes each. is there a program i can do that on?

If you have a video editing system then it is very easy. You just have to stop at the 10 or 12 minute mark and split it. Then publish it on that system. Then you do the same with the next 10 or 12 minutes by taking away the first and then cutting to the next end mark. I hope this makes sence.
