A man is more likely to get breast cancer than he is penile cancer. Actually, although it does seem to prevent some forms of VD, it is inclined to increase a man's odds of getting certain other forms of VD. And that Dr. is really misleading. Penile cancer is so rare - maybe 1 out of 100,000 men will get it. Circumcision does 100% prevent it but breast removal 100% prevents breast cancer. It ain't worth it.
