Racial n Religious harmony NO ONE can argue abt discrimination. How many Msian Malay travel ovseas during Holiday compare with Spore Malay - thats only a benchmark.

My opinion is that Singaporeans are generally apathetic to politics ("bo chap"), but they can do that because the government is doing a rather good job IMO.
Different story in Malaysia. The government isn't efficient, racial and religious problems pop up all the time... A policy that was meant to balance economic imbalances between races has only benefited those at the top, meanwhile talents are going overseas etc. etc. I could go on and on.

I am a Malaysian chinese, and it is FACT, that the chinese Malaysians are not treated equally, just because we are still successful does not mean we were treated equally. Everything from buying houses to education was given to the malays.
The competent are not allowed to lead, they throw all the incompetent people(You know which race la) to lead this government, it's hardly a wonder Malaysia managed to squander all it's natural resources and still lose out in progress to Singapore.

Hello bobnyot -I'm born in M'sia, but grewup, study n working in S'pore. Comparing Msian Malay way and std of life, Spore malay are much better off than Msian Malay. Racial n Religious harmony NO ONE can argue abt discrimination. How many Msian Malay travel ovseas during Holiday compare with Spore Malay - thats only a benchmark.
