@neros77 It's called "Chôhatsu Daikaijû Gehara"

(roughly "Gehara The Long-Haired Monster").

In 2008, a Japanese variety TV show held a competition of monsters

designed by viewers, in which "Gehara" won the Grand Prix.

Then they made this short movie (21 mins) and aired it in 2009.

BD & DVD (with English subtitles) were released in the same year.
