very easy way to defeat cyclops : on euryales head hold L2 and circle then release circle right at the time when cyclops enters from upside , right at the moment when they are in air , they turns into the stone in the air and crushed on the ground

GOW is nothing compared to GOW2 tbh, took me 500 deaths and 20 hours to finish it in titan mode, while god mode in GOW only took me 7 hours. I'm going through titan mode again, managed to get to this part with only 100 deaths :)

Hmm Euryale's head is very usefull here, not my playstyle though, I stick with cronos' rage, I like making 500+ combo's and then inferno'ing with rage of the titans :), to easy by freezing, it is more fun without.

The secret here is the 3rd Wave.

If you don't waste any magic, and obviously, don't die, you can finish theses bitches with full health and one third of the magic bar.

All you have to do is parry like crazy. Keep hold R1 until one of the Gorgons tries to freeze you. Then you Golden Fleece her, and break them with the hammer.

Hence and repeat, and you'll get through the 5th wave with ease.

Then fill you your Rage, open the magic chest on the 7th wave, turn people into stone.

I just did it.

holy shit! that was nice! i played thru titan mode on the ps2 version only to get stuck on the last wave of this endurance round. i'm replaying this on ps3 version on titan mode and im at right b4 the kraken fight. i have about 15k spare orbs. i think ill spend it on trying to get euryale's gaze up. man u made this look waaay to easy. i feel like a fool not trying this method haha!

Mate, this strategy looks easy but I guess it needs a lot of runs to get familiar with the best spot to use the stone technique and the quickest shattering.. I have tried to use the same technique but stuck on the 5th batch of the enemies as there not enough time to shatter them all due to the spot to stone the enemies.

it is a fully upgraded head, with it you can cause sort of an explosion that turns anything to stone in a radius around you.

What, on titan mode?? you must be really good then, lol, the Protect the Translator part is extremely hard and i died at least 44 times in a row which took about 4 hours straight in playing it to get through it, but that was nothing compared to this BULLSHIT PART, like i said i've been stuck on it now for over 2 years, and i seriosly doubt i will ever get through it...God mode is a piece of cake compared to Titan, its a completely different ball game, and my hats off to anyone who gets through

Yup, on Titan Mode. Have you tried using the Hammer? It's the weapon I used the most on TM. The Juggernauts are not so difficult, you must reflect the rays of the gorgons and you can kill the minotaurs and satyrs with magic and a few hits. The cyclops at the end can be difficult, I used Chronos Rage AND the Hammer simultaneously WHILE the Rage of the Titans is on. Their hits will barely hurt you and they'll be dead VERY quickly (don't even do the mini-game, just hit them until they're gone).

Like DianaMod said, it is maxed out, but you can still do this with Cronos Rage or Atlas Quake (even more so if one or both of them is/are maxed out). maneshim84 used Euryale's head because that's the speediest method.

And here I always though medusa's head was one of the worst specials (it was in the first game).  That's one of the hardest parts of the game but Medusa's head makes it much easier, apparently.

It's called bow cancelling. Have the bow equipped and just tap L2 between the hammer hits to cancel the delay. The delay will be even shorter (like it is on the vid) if you move the analog stick during this process. Might take a bit of practice at first but it will become second nature when you work it out.

Check out the other parts. Just so you know *since you probably don't have a perfect understanding as few do*..RotT's increase in Armor drastically reduces collision damage. The attack increase is a trick in truth.

There is lvl1 (NP Pre-Kraken) which brings whatever weapon you are using up to lvl MID (which is 3 for the Blades and 2 for subs) while not effecting spells. If you weapon is already that level or higher, it will not be given bonus strength.

And lvl2 (ALL other conditions) which grants lvlMAX power. With this you could have lvl1 blades and subs and they would be brought to their highest power level (lvl5/lvl3)

RotT doesn't effect spells. I was speaking of RotT itself being raised to lvl2 when you reach the Kraken in Normal Play. All other conditions besides NP before the Kraken use RotT lvl2.

lvl1 raises weapons to lvlMID power and lvl2 raises to lvlMAX power. I explained it above in detail so it should make sense now.

Yeah it's L1+O - Gorgon Rage. It's only available at level 3 Euryale's Head, and uses 50MP but it's damn worth it!
