  • PENIS

  • this not only due to high thrust but alsi the placement of engine is not correct on this design...

  • Whats with the jap nazi emotes..? Seriously your in what country now..? you were born when where? If you weren't born in jap crap nazi land... how about acting less like them and more like yourself.. too hard for you i take it?

  • when the guy in the video is wearing hearing protection, its time to take off the headphones.

  • A disaster from the beginning !

  • Dude.... U suck.

  • This fails just like your life...

  • Moral of the story: Don't make models of South West Airlines aircrafts.

  • Dang.

If you moved the engine forward would it work?

    Hmmm... super sonic RC planes.

    The government would LOVE that!!

  • FAIL

  • Bugger !

  • For pulsejets: is there a way of controlling the throttle or is it like a cox engine, full throttle all out til fuel runs out?

  • Looks like a bird just before it dies flopping around on the ground.

  • Lol, faggot dunno how to do it.

  • omg too funny,,,, should have shut if off 2 days ago lol

  • Es demasiada potencia para la estructura y peso que tiene ese avión.

  • was there no throttle control for the pulse jet?

  • but i do recon whay you said is true. too much POWER!

  • complete FAIL

  • Pilot error

  • Please use google, write ''How to fly a rocket plane''. Press, search. Thanks.

  • cool.

  • LOL - yeah, you should have aborted that attempt earlier.

  • all down the runway your thinking, "Your good, your good, your good... your good... fuck"

  • this video explains the importance of finding the center of gravity!

  • i love this guy's comebacks lol

  • RIDICULUS ..!

  • hehe everyone fails from time to time

  • "WOPS" XDD

  • did you think about maybe some kind of "thrust vectoring" system?? - if you can get it off the ground, it'll go like a rocket!!

  • @AngryJoeMan I did get it off the ground -- check out the flight video on this channel "Long ez now very fast"

  • @xjet you think when it veered completely off course it MIGHT of been time to abort the take off..

  • well you got a great slalom jet!!! cant say much about the flying part tho!!!

  • lolololololol fail!!!!!!!

  • ...you made me think of John Denver...

  • KARALHO KI LIXO

  • fail!

  • WTF KIND OF TAKE OF WAS THAT HAHAAAHAH I COULDNT STOP LAUGHING!!!!! HAHAAHAHAA I WAS JUST LIKE GIVE UP DUDE JUST CUT THE POWER! YOUR SPINNING OUT OF CONTROL HAHAHAHAAH!!!

  • How long will it fly once you filled it up ?

  • lmao!! Unlucky mate, worst take off ever : P

  • :(

  • id stick with the j3 cub if i where u

  • wings broken rofl copter !

  • It looks like the thrust line is too high. Maybe angle the engine down at the front?

  • wtf

  • lol

  • maybe a better landing gear?

  • its a ROFL-COPTER!

  • @jordmonster2a #1, its not even a helicopter

    #2, nobody was rofling

  • hi, how long will this engine keep running for and how do you make sure it dfoesn't overheat? thanks

  • @shav4life you can see that these things get literally red hot; i kind of doubt they can overheat

  • These RC Pulse Jets are legal now in Australia if you can find a club that will accept the noise. You must join the club then the P,J,A,A club ,only about $20 I think. Then fill out the new papper work (2011) as on the M,A,A,A site. One is about to fly in Queensland all legal. My German one can fly now I just can not find a club that will accept the noise yet. With a top speed of about 350kph I need a Gold wing pilot for mine.

  • Just mount the jet lower so you get less rotational moment on the craft.

  • So shit....

  • That's me returning home, Sunday, 4:00 am

  • Nice try don't give up

  • sounds like the longest wet fart ever......o_0

  • @aaronzack14 Geeeez, I would hate to be your underware! ^^

  • Thumbs up if you expected to see something spectacular here.

  • tooo much powaaa.

you need to make it heavier and more aerodynamic, 1:24 jet plane or so...

    keep the good work

  • epic xDD nice video :D

  • OmG...I never laughed soooo hard!!!

  • hahahahah

  • engine too far to the rear. good luck though, I love Pulsejets!

  • Press 6,5,6,5,6,5 starting slow then increasing the speed. Jaws is coming!

  • overweighted

  • Doesn't look like the operator should have been flying in his condition

  • Press 5 repeatedly every one second.

  • @chonyc77 You do what you want with your ass -- but I'm afraid that kind of thing holds no attraction for me. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Be careful with sharp objects.

  • @xjet Aahahahaha.Excellent come back!

  • @xjet

Some people are just downright strange aren't they? You didn't do anything to this guy !?

Very funny slapdown by the way.

  • This is what really happened to Amelia Earhart...

  • ALL ABOARD THE FAIL PLANE!

  • FAIL!!!

  • oh fuck you got some air!

  • haha

  • Where is that?

  • Hehe. looks like a drunk seagull :)

  • xDD

  • I dont mind missing the next EPISODE........

  • meanwhile in australia....

  • im no pilot but im sure that's not how you fly....

  • FUCKING ROOOFFFFLLLLL TAKEOFF

  • ESE AVION ESTA MUY EBRIO JAJAJA

  • The pilot DURP DURP DURP DURP DURP

  • Upvote for the "More Glue!" outro. I lol'd.

  • YES!

  • Where can I buy one of these, do they come as a full set (plane and pulse jet) or do you have to buy the plane in addition to the jet, also are these aircraft legal in Australia?

    Regards..

  • @Lonewolf2201 The model was a cheap Chinese ARF and I built the engine myself. Yes they're legal in Australia but I don't know if they're covered by your MAA insurance.

  • @Lonewolf2201 AUSTRALIA!!!!! gotta love it

  • LMFAO......... went and did everything but fly..lol

  • @unit666industries well.... It KINDA flew.....

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH

  • hahahahahaha

  • So stupid! Who do run even if you have the plane before take-off has been almost destroyed?

  • Fail no no thats a EPIC FAIL

    nice plane Btw

  • ownt?

  • Ah the old pulsies!

Remember seeing one on a very small control line model. Speeds were horrendous and it looked like the pilot in the centre of it all was doing the hammerthrow! :) In Australia we now have to jump through hurdles to use them, too noisy, a fire risk blah blah!

  • saai

  • fuck it :DD 0:33

  • gotta love pulsejets! nice frankestein man!

  • i cant imagine if hitler hav 1 of those probly kill him self

  • HAHA That mofo doesn't even fly!! good video btw.

  • make a few more wheels to that.. plane :D

  • lol just like Humanity will go throught !!!!

  • ouch, but now you know the problem :)

  • hahah..best..XD

  • hahahahahaha a no manches se vio vien cagado

  • aaaaahhhhhh ha ha ha ha ha ha ha dude you should not fly Obviously when it's not trimed correctly! LOL!

  • he should have aborted take off.

  • drop the wing incidence we have crashed many of these ironing out the falts thats the main one drop it by at least 13mm

  • HA HA HA LOOOL

  • fly or die i have done the same thing. with jets and prop planes.

  • nice lawn pulse reator motor,,sure glass

    will stay short that way

  • uh.... Fail ?

  • Bugger!

  • the flight was crap lets face it but the entertainment was great 5 stars

  • yea.. way too much down angine with the engine. dunno if it was over powered or not.. but definately too much down push.

  • I just put this out there, if you make the nose gear taller, it will increase the angle of attack. At the moment, all that power is just driving the nose down, and the wing never gets a change to create lift ?

  • I have good vision and can read quite quickly. But there's no way I can read the text without pausing it. - Changes too quickly!

  • Awesome.... just love Pulse jets

  • keep tryin bro

  • I dont know if you have thought about this, but why the hell dont you make your nosewheel turn a little slower? i mean in all your videos, you turn your (Very nice!) long EZ and it just liek BOOM one side of the runway wo BOOM the other side, i really think it would make the takeoff's a lot easier!

Just a thought from me, apart from that, i REALLY like your pulsejet designs, it really looks great and i like your way of describing things so it is understanable :D

  • I know it looks as if there's a lot of throw on the nosewheel but actually there's very little. The Long-EZ is simply not very stable on the ground with such a high thrustline. There's a lot of load on the noseleg when taking off and that causes it to bend when you apply any steering correction -- that bending effectively adds to the steering input. I think the solution might be to move the main-gear further forward, this would also help with rotation. I'm planning to try that.

  • Ok, i see. Good luck! It looks like it would make it all a bit more -not heart beat stopping- if you know what i mean?

  • @xjet If the nose wire leg is trailing backward, then the wheel will be unstable with wire flex. If it goes forward, then it is stable. Learned this making wing dollies for FS gliders. Basically, if the wheel goes to one side, a leading angle makes it steer back toward center, while a trailing condition makes it want to diverge.

  • @xjet Is it the thrust angle that wrong here? But yeah, it's going fast enough that the over steering effect is aerodynamic at that speed on the ground.

  • @nerdboy19 can also try staying close to runway on takeoff until ground effect cancels out

  • Heh, big whoops!

  • And the engine cut out JUST as you took off. Go figure ;)

  • No, I cut the engine because I was running out of runway. When I cut the engine, there was nothing holding the plane on the ground any more so it took off.

  • Life would be boring if everything went as planed. Can't wait to see it run. What do you have planned to kick it up a bit for the front air foil?

  • There's a couple of videos of this plane flying with a smaller pulsejet engine on my channel.

  • Yes, I've seen them before...very interesting. Something different for a change though I suppose a delta type plane would complement your pj12+ better.

  • Meant to say planned.

  • my dad used to put his on an ugly stick.

    so loud.

  • hold on, can you control the throttle controls with a pulse jet engine?

  • This is a simple engine with an atomizer which means you can't throttle it. If you use a fuel-pump and direct injection you can gain a measure of throttle control but on a model this size, the additional weight of the pump and battery make it less practical.

  • oh wow so the only power option is full or none!

  • It's not usually an issue, I know lots of folks who might as well have a switch on their throttle anyway :-)

  • bugger...

  • Yeah :-)

Surprisingly little damage though -- even the fibreglass nose-cone is only scuffed a bit. That engine is going in my Bobcat 50 now. Watch for that video next week!

  • ha.

  • That was quite funny

    And a inverted landing.
