@geitebukk yup. It makes you feel powerfully alive. Or at least, the limited combat I saw in Iraq made me feel that way. I imagine WWI and II were a different story, with artillery barrages and battles that lasted for days. Iraq was combat perfectly suited to my way of life- we went out the gate with plenty of high-tech weapons, chased and defeated a militarily-inferior enemy, and returned to our bases to drink Red Bull and play Halo II. Good times, if you don't think too much.

To everyone who is saying that this song wasn't famous before the x-factor idiot did his cover version; the song was actually a hit all across Europe!

European band/artists rarely have any exposure in the UK.

I myself first heard this song while travelling through Germany. The radio station NDR 2 played it about 3 times a day last summer!

UK is TINY compared to the rest of Europe. McElderrys version was only known in the UK - Donkeyboys version was known across a whole continent!

Don't worry people - the winners of X Factor in the UK are usually only famous for 9 or 10 months. Joe McElderry is already mostly forgotten! In 6 months he wont even have a record contract anymore. It's just the nature of X Factor.

Donkeyboy however will continue to grow and be successful. People will soon forget that Joe McThingumy ever covered this great song!
