garlic makes them grow back! and also birth control :) just rub garlic on your eyebrows or dissolve/crush some birth control pills in some water and rub the paste on them! it worked for me, mine used to be non existant

well there's also the permanent makeup, my eyebrows had beautiful shape but i used to plug them all the time.So my aunt had the permanent makeup done to me and it looks beautiful and natural.You only have to re-new it every 1-2 years.And its way better than A tattoo.Tattoos look fake and cheesy.
