just wanted to point out that most of those 100k players that no longer play were bots, but yes I agree. Runescape isn't what it used to be, an original, fun game. 2003-2007 were the best years. =] And I'll miss every but of it. But oh well. I still play, but I will always know what Runescape used to be and how great it was.

I still haven't struck it rich, I still haven't even become level 90. In and out of clans, attending their 99 parties and events, winning and losing huge wars, cooking tons of food an hour before one. So many memories, so many hours spent. If only I could have them back, if only I could get a solid interest in the game again.

As the graphics go, there are two alternatives. The older graphics did add some nice nostalga to it, so that is an option. As long as your computer is packing dual 5970's, though, they might as well take advantage of that processing horsepower and make it as realistic as possible.

I completely agree with you guys. I was one of those nooby non-members who hung around Varrock square back in the old days. It was perfect back then. You knew everyone there, everyone was happy all the time. There'd be the occasional fight, but nothing too serious. I was a level 36 noob having a whale of a time on world 68.

But now, its all changed.. They switched the worlds round, and everyone got split up. Now we have these stupid skillers who think they're all 'it' who swear all the time.
