a sun salutation doesnt mean to look directly at the sun, its just a name thats given to a particular pose in yoga...this is a great idea that gets kids into yoga at a young age, i only discovered yoga when i was 23 but my life is so much the richer for it, only wish i had been doing it since i was young like these kids..
