I hate to go all grimdark on this, but if she is experiencing time 12 times faster for each level deeper she goes, then the amount of real time that passes for each level is 1/12 as much as the last. This is a geometric series with r<1, so it converges to a finite value. Since the first time took about 7 seconds, it converges to 7/(1-1/12)=84/11 or 7.6363... seconds. After this vid, Sweetie Belle has about 1.18x10^-92 seconds for somepony to rescue her before she suffers an eternity of boredom.

@ShawnPattonC Perhaps I'll re-clarify this. The Inception-style time-dilation combined with endlessly going deeper causes her mind to collapse into a sort of consciousness singularity. From her perspective, it takes 7 seconds for each level. From somepony else's perspective, she's going through levels at exponentially increasing speed until, at exactly 7.6363... seconds, she has gone through an infinite amount of this. After that time, she's either catatonic, insane or enlightened.
