This song is the perfect counterpoint to " Ballad of the Sad Young men "- Ms. Toneff is a wonderfuly subtle artist - I ran across a cd by her and loved the way she remade an Elton John song ( not my favorite composer usually ) " Come Down in Time " that was quite haunting ! Great songs and singer here !

@kvintoler It was sent on NRK (Norwegian public TV), but NRK got it from a Scottish TV company - where it was first broadcast - and used it in a documentary about Radka Toneff's music.
@ctrlaltcanccorp Don't know, but in the video it just says "Ornette Coleman" under the title, which should indicate that he wrote both the melody and the lyrics.
