Yeh that is what I thought. I used to work on a building site and i used to get worried about dropping something to heavy on my foot and the steel in my boots coming down through my toes and slicing them off lol

He is filming with troops, surrounded by hi-rise buildings and he gets shot twice I think.
You can tell as you hear the crack, camera shakes, he says, "oi" he lies down. Then you hear it again, "crack", "oi", dont think he survived but at least his film did.

ROE? I didnt say i agree'd with them. I agree they need to be adapted to suit the environment , but as were in support of the ANA and ANP as its stated , overall ROE is stated by them and all criminal investigations are done by the ANP. @colsh1690 well said you can tell bubbles867 has never been to afganistan by his comments my cousins have been to afganistan last year they was saying how frustrating it was at one point they had this talib with trainers on walking away from an IED and because it was near a school he said he was the caretaker and the villagers were too scared to say anything so they verified it and they had to let him go.
