What the hell isit going to take for Americans to realize that we are a nation run by criminals?Your property is not secure,it can be taken away at a moments notice on a bogus charge. Now underThe Military Authorization act,all you have to do is be picked up under suspicion of terror and it all goes byebye.Under this act you go bye-bye without charge representation, trial and held indefinitely in a military prison. This means that everything you have including a lifeof freedom, just an illusion
This is what happens pagan for believing propagated Islam. Islam is what created individual rights, look back in history. You cheered and supported man made laws which are always subject to change favoring only few. Just to do open fornication, consume in public and to criticise (lmao proof right here) you have hated Islam n Sharia. Your ignorance has paid a hefty price on forcing you become modern slaves. Islam is divine system made for individual rights, justice, anti-poverty, anti-cpitalism;
@bewareofdajjal Two sides of the same ignorant coin. Religion IS the only problem in our world, every dictator's power has depended on YOU being told what to think, not being taught how to think. Embracing a concept without evidence is the crack that allows all evil into our world.
The only people in this video disobeying the law are the fucking police and military.
If you cen't exercise the 1st Amendment, liberally exercize the 2nd. It's your God-given right, and it's in writing, ratified by the 1st Continental Congress. Even with the military coup of Nov. 22, 1963, that Constitution is still in effect.
Fight and die if necessary, Keep your oaths. You know who I'm talking to, and those of you who know, know exactly what I'm talking about.
This is why I don't think riots such as london and egypt will happen in america because we dont take shiit. A peaceful protest breaks out and we take care of business.
Funny Video, ridiculous. this happened in 2009? definitely not US Military personnel. The black guy has on BDU's and an MP brassard. The US Army wearout date for BDU's was 30 APR 08, and the Crown Vic has PA plates, instead of the regular US G-plates from a GSA motorpool. Very poor attempt by protesters to make it seem that the evil (insert conspiracy theory) military is coming to get us all. Prob booked because they'd get rolled up by the local police for the Stolen Valor Act.
@fc6666 Strongly agreed, that is the thing I first noticed. Also that is not the way military personal are trained to handle when arrested or detaining a person. They would have taken down a person in a while different way.
I love how the dude with the red bandana stops "protesting" and has his hands up after he sees his friend get jacked by some dudes in fatigues lol. I gotta be honest... I think this video is funny. Throw rocks = get kidnapped. Works for me...
Just watch, those Soldiers will eventually be betrayed by their Government. I think the Gov. only need Soldiers to rally us together and take us into FEMA camps... Then, the Government will wipe their collective asses with these Soldiers and throw them away because they'll no longer be needed.
@TurnToJesus1 You know what ... that makes perfect sense... because then the government who takes us to FEMA camps and then throws away their soldiers has a country with no income AND no military to defend it.
Fucking genious!
Now that I think about it... You may be onto something because this would be right down Obama's alley.
@YesYouAreIgnorant Any country with FEMA camps would'nt need defending once all of the "terrorists" (IE - you and I) were locked away and gassed. It sounds ridiculous, but thats what people said about conspiracies in general some 40 odd years ago.
I believe all Governments are in on the same plan - Create a "new world order". I don't have a clear picture on this matter however, so don't expect that I hold all the answers.
@TurnToJesus1 There are definately conspiracies, even at the top government levels, but i think they typically are directed towards harming other countries/popluations and/or defending their own population. The only case where this wouldn't be true is if certain people in a government were intentionally trying to bring down their own population. Let's say obama killed most americans, including military members, then it's only a matter of time before he himself is taken out as well.
@YesYouAreIgnorant That is if all Governments wern't apart of the NWO, which I think they may be - Although I don't believe the armys they deploy know this themselves. Although I'm not certain, I think each Government see's their soldiers as expendable to some extent.
I guess I'm just trying to put things together, like yourself. I don't know any of this for sure other than that Riot cops appear to be behaving like thugs.
I always get a giggle when idiot hippie assholes like "Guerrilla News" posts stupidity like this. These guys were not military. You know, because of the whole "posse comitatus" thing.
@captwasabi john warner defense authorization act wipes its ass with posse comitatus, and so does PDD 51. NORTHCOM has a brigade homeland now. what about that posse comitatus thing now?
@snappa52 H.R. 5122 in no way affords the military the right to enforce the law or act in a policing manner nor does PDD 51. As for Northcom, they have always kept a portion of the military for us during times of natural or manmade disasters. There was no loss of posse comitatus after the Oklahoma City bombing, Hurrican Andrew or Katrina or any of the other times themilitary has been deployed since the Civil War. Stop listening to Alex Jones. He's a moron.
@captwasabi national guard is for deployments at home, anything else is a violation of posse comitatus no matter how you try and justify it. I was in the Marines, I dont need to take Jones word on anything. During Katrina eggregious violations by the national guard, and police occurred. PDD 51 empowers the President which in turn empowers the military, John Warner Act Federalizes the national guard which becomes a violation of posse comitatus.
@snappa52 Whatever dude. You are obviously misreading something, either intentionally or not. The point is that nothing you have stated above has, or has the ablility to, do away with possee comitatus. Not HR5122. Not PDD 51. Nothing. Canada is no policing our streets any time soon nor is the american military going to be used for policing our streets any time soon. end of story. End of discussion. And you being in the Marines means fuckall.
@captwasabi "Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergencies" Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal. Google it. Posse Comitatus has already been violated, a law that's not enforced is not worth the paper it's written on. Use some empirical thought, meathead
@snappa52 Ok psycho boy. Calm down, take your meds actualyl try taking your own adivce. There is nothing in the agreement that says any military forces would be used for police functions which is the very essence of the PCA. Posse Comitatus has not been violated as no agreement openly allows anyones military into the other country. It merely provides for a framework for planning. The call still needs to be made by the respective civilian govt. Your tinfoil hat is slipping.
@captwasabi before you said it did not exist, and now you have to qualify it to put it into your context? its pretty weak when you break out the psycho boy and tinfoil hat bullshit. can you have a serious discussion without resorting to the mentally lethargic ad hominem tactic? it's okay, don't believe your lying eyes captain fantastic
@snappa52 See, you can't even debate honestly whihc is why I'm pretty much going to ignore any more of your stupidity. I NEVER said the agreement with Canada did not exist, now did I you miserable lying douchebag? What I said was that Canada's military is not policing our streets any time soon, that you have obviously misread the article and that Posse Comitaus is still in full effect. Additionally, HR5122 and PDD52 do not do away with the PCA. That's why you are delusional.
@captwasabi You said nothing i've listed is going is going to infringe on posse comitatus. active duty regiment dedicated to responding to civil unrest is taking on a policing function and that is a violation. if active duty military becomes the police or has a function of policing everything you say falls on its face. The apparatus has been put into place to push aside posse comitatus, you dont have the foresight to see that. At the point where a system has been set up to outflank it, its gone
@snappa52 BUZZ! Wrong! Thank you for playing. The USSC has long held that Federal agencies can SUPPORT local law enforcement agencies so long as they are not actually leading the enforcement activities. Whoopsie! Nothing has been put on it's place to push aside anything. The plain and simple fact is that you are some chock-full-of-nuts conspiracy cowboy with serious authority issues and you're reading shit where there is not.
@captwasabi PDD 51 makes the executive branch greater than the judicial and the legislative by becoming the coordinator of the three branches.
“I just can’t believe they’re going to deny a member of Congress the right of reviewing how they plan to conduct the government of the United States after a significant terrorist attack,” DeFazio told the Oregonian.(On PDD 51)
Maybe the people who think there’s a conspiracy out there are right,” DeFazio concluded.
@captwasabi John Warner Defense Authorization Act takes the National Guard out of the governors control and federalizes the troops, violation of posse comitatus a violation of Article I, Section 10 and Clause 3 of the Constitution. It doesnt matter if they are in a perceived support role, this is the executive branch outflanking the constitution
@snappa52 No idea what you are rambling about here. Full sentences and complete thoughts do work. In your first comment to me you made mention of "john warner defense authorization act" which is HR 5122. My apologies if you cannot keep track of your own bullshit.
@captwasabi my apologies for having to stay within the character count, and someone who writes "whihc" has no business commenting on grammar. I dont have authority issues, we are the authority, we elect the govt and they answer to us. You've got your shit flipped captain courageous
@captwasabi Army times announced that NORTHCOM would deal with civil unrest and crowd control, sounds like policing to me. "3rd Infantry’s 1st BCT trains for a new dwell-time mission. Helping ‘people at home’ may become a permanent part of the active Army"~Army Times Sept 8 2008.
@snappa52 Dear Moron. Please read TITLE 10 > Subtitle A > PART I > CHAPTER 18 of the US Code. Thanks. You are so stupid that you don't even realize that the PCA merely prohibits federal troops from functioning as law enforcement. In other words, Governors can call out the NG for dealing with civil unrest. This has happened dozens of times; Watts Riots, Enforcing the Brown v Board of Ed ruling ending segregation. It's when the troops are federal that the PCA limits their powers. You are so dumb.
@captwasabi There is a difference between a governor using the national guard and the federal government, smug sycophant. how can a citizen redress their grievances with the president or the pentagon? a citizen can redress their grievances with a governor though. You've built the strawman on this one, I've been talking about federalization throughout this whole string. Authors of posse comitatus never envisioned the abolition of well trained militia or a national guard that could be federalized
@snappa52 You're missing the point. There has never been, since the Civil War, a single incident of federalized troops being used to police the streets. It didn't happen in the 1960's. It didn't happen during the Watts Riots. It didn't happen in Katrina. You claim I am straw-manning this and yet that exactly what you are doing in fact. You are, either through intent or ignorance, misinterpreting the truth of the matter and allowing your distrust of authority to create a ficticious future.
@snappa52 2nd, I didn't straw man anything. I was attempting to explain to you that the National Guard CAN be used for policing actions, just not when federalized. I fail to see how my clearly explaining the facts is to build a straw man. Well, I guess it would be a straw man to someone without a firm grasp on reality.
@captwasabi it was a complete straw man tactic because we were not talking about a force under the control of the governors. The thrust of my arguement is that the federal govt should not use active duty military for policing actions and I've never stated otherwise, you offered the non-federalized national guard as an example which is completely irrelevant. carry on and keep licking those boots sycophant, you will be middle management someday
@snappa52 My point is, you ignorant fuckstick, is that the fed is NOT going to be using troops for policing actions. I've said this a number of times thus far but you are either, by intent or by ignorance, incapable of comprehending this. My example is fully relevant as it explains the only manner in which troops can be sued for policing actions. It's not my fault you're a stupid fuck. Oh, and by the way, I'm way past middle management you stupid fuck. I actually own several businesses.
@captwasabi your point is your opinion, the army times said that brigade homeland would be used for policing actions and they would be using an array of non-lethal weapons. I dont comprehend it because its not true you bipolar nimrod. Are you from Pennsylvania? I have family that was at this G20 and everything you see on this video actually happened. You are living in denial and until you get your facts together, float away for a while. You are a yuppie who thinks he is in on the game, youre not
@snappa52 I just don't get your stupidity. You say that military forces will be used for policing actions but when I say that the Constitution and Federal law already allows for this in very specific ways you tell me I'm wrong. It's obvious that you are trying to have your cake and eat it too. Your entire argument is bullshit. There is nothing illegal about what the military signed. You're just too fucking stupid to realize it. And I am far from a yuppie you inbred hillbilly donkeyfucker.
@captwasabi The National Guard and the Coast Guard are those specific entities for policing, not regular Army. When the National Guard is Federalized they obviously come out of the purvey of the Governors and into the authority of the President and Pentagon, that is the issue. It is legal when they are under the authority of the Governor, when they federalize they become illigitimate you brain dead yuppie. You are a fascist sympathizer who doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground
@snappa52 I can't figure out if you're just fucking stupid or intentional being deceitful. The ArmyTimes aretical by Gina Cavallaro (9/30/08) in no way mentions law enforcement or policing. What it does say is that the brigade would simply be on call as a federal response force. That's it. You're the fucking idiot putting so much more into this. Heling with "civil unrest" and "crowd control" is neither policing nor a violation of the PCA you moronic twit.
@snappa52 As for the rest of your stupidity about my being a "fascist sympathizer" and a "yuppie", coming from you that's a fucking compliment. Now I'm done engaging with your incredible arrogance and lack of intelligence. Call it me running away, you winning or whatever it is you need to make yourself feel better. You'll be getting no more responses from me and will be forgotten just as soon as I hit that "Post" button. Welcome to irrelevance.
@captwasabi I specifiy where you are wrong, i dont make nebulous statements that you are just wrong. Active duty military policing americans on the homefront is illegal. NORTHCOM is advertising in army times that they are going to do just that. I back up what I say with tangible evidence and you have the audacity to make accusations about my character and intelligence. You should have floated away 20 posts ago
@captwasabi the Army Times reported on September 30: The battle-hardened brigade, straight out combat duty in Iraq, will engage in “specialty tasks” usually reserved for local law enforcement. In addition, the brigade will use “the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded… designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them,” an especially chilling prospect in light of growing predictions of civil unrest as the economy worsens. Overstepping their mandate
@snappa52 What's really amazing me is that you were probably all pissing and moaning about how Bush didn't do enough and the like during Katrina and yet when the govt tries to put very specific methods in place to help with the next instance of a major catastrophe of that maginitude you're all of a sudden reading bullshit "NWO" conspiracies into it and coming up with the most ridiculous bullshit. All from a short article that you can barely comprehend. That you can vote terrifies me.
@captwasabi dont lecture me captain fantastic. Weapons were confiscated by federalized troops and local police during Katrina, a violation of the constitution and posse comitatus. It is easy to comprehend that brigade homeland has at its disposal non lethal weapons like the LRAD and microwave guns to disperse crowds. this is not the national guard, this is regular army fuck stick. anyone who denies the one world govt doesnt read the news, Brown, Sarkozy, VanRompuy and others have called for it
@snappa52 There we go. Thank you for identifying yourself for the delusional fucktard we all suspected you were. I love how you can even suggest a one world govt when not even Europe can march in the same direction. Dude, your "Brigade Homeland" has supposedly been in effect since 2008. Seen any soldiers on the streets lately? No? Didn't think so. As for the troops, not one of them were federalized. All 46,838 were deputized by the state in full compliance with the law dumbshit.
@captwasabi how can they be deputized by the Governor if they are not under the control of the Governor ass wipe? These are active duty troops, not the national guard. NORTHCOM reports to the Army's chain of command, not the National Guard's. The Army's troops are subject to the orders of the Commander in Chief, the National Guard is subject to the Governor of that state unless they are federalized under the John Warner Act.
@snappa52 The military can operate in a State in the exact same way the USBP can. the USBP is a federal agency and while it has federal jurisdiction USBP agents cannot arrest individuals for violation of State laws. They CAN, however, SUPPORT state and local LEO's. This is EXACTLY what this Brigade Homeland would be you fucking moron and is what I've been trying to explain to you for the past two fuckign weeks but apparently I truly can't fix stupid. You are on your own from here.
@captwasabi Border Patrol is a law enforcement agency with a specific focus, not a military force. We've never had an active duty element as a component of NORTHCOM until 3rd ID.The non-lethal package includes equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets. (Salon) That is police work.
@captwasabi using the U.S. military as a standing law enforcement force inside the U.S. has been more or less honored -- until now. And as the Army Times notes, once this particular brigade completes its one-year assignment, "expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one." (Salon)
@captwasabi We dont need active duty military to conduct, assist, or participate in law enforcement. Our leadership should have the foresight not to over-reach with the National Guard troops so that they can be at the ready to do their job at home. Federalizing National Guard troops and sending them to a foreign country is agains their mission. I can't truly fix yuppie delusions, do what your told and believe what you're fed. Seems like you are good at that
@snappa52 I'm pretty sure the only branch of the military that can conduct law enforcement is the Coast Guard. All the other branches are not allowed to unless Martial Law is declared. Everyone in this country is loosing their rights because they are afraid of terrorists. I would rather deal with the threat than loose my rights.
@gonzisonsbc what you're describing is how it should be, but there is a fading line between the military and the civilian sectors because of the war on terror
@gonzisonsbc Well i'm pretty sure you have no idea what your talking about. The military can be used to protect/police any federal function/event/person/blah blah blah. Secondly - the National Guard can be called out by the state at any point and used for police action. So... it has nothing to do with losing rights or the war on terror. It's been this way since the national guard came into existance. But, you know, ignorance is cooler so...
@YesYouAreIgnorant I'm afraid you are the one who is ignorant. I know exactly what I'm talking about. It seems you have lost your head up your own ass. The U.S military can't be used for law enforcement except for the the Coast Guard when they conduct law enforcement boardings. The National Guard can only be used in a state of emergency when Martial Law is declared. Even your utube user name shows you're an idiot. You should be stuffed in a car by thugs wearing fatigues and driven off....
@gonzisonsbc There's a different between law enforcement and security. The federal military can be used to protect federal assets, and the national guard, which is a state asset, can be used to supplement police actions in their own state as well. Please explain to me why I was in a downtown D.C. highschool gym with my unit waiting to be called out if there were any riots during the presidential inaguration. So... you have literally no idea wtf your talking about. Good try though.
@YesYouAreIgnorant If there were riots during the inauguration that would be considered an emergency wouldn't it? If everyone started to riot martial law wouldn't be declared??? You aren't going to see a national guard unit arresting someone on U.S soil unless MARTIAL LAW is declared. Your fucking ridiculous!!!! I served too and it seems you were misinformed. Sorry .
@gonzisonsbc You are missing the point. A) The men in this video were Police. B) The Military can be used as security for Federal assets because they ARE a Federal asset. Who flies Air Force 1? USAF. Who flies the Marine 1? USMC. If the president were to come under attack in either of those vehicles who would defend him? The military. Same goes for G20 - if something happend the military would be there, with local law enforcement, to protect the assets. It's not about arresting anyone. Get it?
@YesYouAreIgnorant@YesYouAreIgnorant you need to research Posse Comitatus. The statute prohibits Army and Air Force personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress. The Navy and Marine Corps are prohibited by a Department of Defense directive. The only exemption is the Coast Gaurd. Please read before you speak.
@YesYouAreIgnorant and "except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress" would be a matter of public record. This is indeed a violation.
@frankfritter35 How is it a violation for civilian Police Officers to arrest someone? What you all aren't getting is that just because they are wearing fatigues does not make them military. YOU can go buy any number of countries fatigues at a store in your area today. It's not a violation. Secondly - if any of those protestors got violent with federal assets, federal assets are going to help protect it. That's also not a violation. There is a difference between policing and security. Get it?
@captwasabi Al Gore, Stephen Harper, Herman VanRompuy, George Papandreou, Kissinger, David Rothschild, Gordon Brown, Barroso have all called for global governance. VanRompuy said that 2008 was the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20. Ban Kai Moon said that there would be imposed global governance in the LA Times. not only are you arrogant, but you're also extemely ignorant and audacious enough to argue what you havent read.
@snappa52 You are fucking delusional. End of fucking story. Obviously the military picked up on this and that's why you got your Section 8. Now, for the last time, you knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing simpleton. Having the military acting as crowd control or in some other support capacity during periods of unrest is no where fuckin equivalent of them policing. you obviously have zero fucking clue what policing means in a legal sense. You are so fucking stupid it's pathetic. Seriously, I'm done!
@captwasabi go fuck yourself then you asshole. I'm honorably discharged. hasty road blocks, spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic, shields and batons, beanbag bullets, microwave cannons, LRADs are obviously for police work. Crowd control is always police work you son of a bitch! You are a lying scumbag! National Guard is hardly ever used for this, this police take care of it on their own.
@captwasabi John Warner Defense Authorization Act calls for intervention in case of ,“natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition" — and such "condition" is not defined or limited'. You are truly an asshole captain stupendous, not all of us like to use the founding documents as an asswipe or view civil liberties as a nuisance
They're not military and they're not mercenaries. The shoulder patch is Penn. state police and the uniforms are not military at all. Also i heard somewhere that this guy was vandalizing so they were making an arrest as quickly as possible since the crowd tends to get violent. They always have tactical police at g20.
@jeeao You are 100% Correct. I was there, working public safety. He caused thousands of $ damage by breaking windows. The PSP Troopers seen here are members of a tactical team, and hurriedly stuffed him in the Crown Victoria, because there was tear gas deployed, and they did not have time to deploy their masks. No Military/Conspiracy/CIA/Posse Comitatus or other absolute rubbish posted about this event....its just a simple arrest.
hmmmm...two men dressed in soldier uniforms throwing a citizen into an unmarked vehicle and hurriedly driving away...yup! definitely not a violation of posse comitatus in the least! I was pretty confused and on the fence until I had a paid government operative remind me how to think. god bless the american police state!
@dmedicFF Thanks. There is so much disinfo and there is indeed corruption in all levels of govt, but the civilians are also corrupted, so it is impossible to sort it all out. The Bible warned that in the last days evil men would grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. What a time to be alive.
@420chronmasta I won't be protesting at global debates trying to improve global cooperation through trade, democracy and policies. Stop foloowing your misinformed friends.
@420chronmasta Your dad probably raped you as a kid, that is why you are so insecure and you cannot distingiush between right and wrong... - like that guy protesting.
i want to be a police officer after college, the reason why i said that is cus i want some hippies to start swearing at me for no reason cus it is funny :)
ok #1 the canadian millitary weres didgital not that crap and 2 did you see a camo canadian camo flag or even a flag at all plus they dont use cheep shit cars like that the doors would have been at least modded so that guy cant get out or brake the windows
@reycool1900 That "modding" you are talking about is called a child prrof lock and is available on just about every American car made asshat. And since you can't tell if glass is reinforced or not that portion of your statement is bullshit. Lastly, since this took place in Pittsburgh I fail to see what the Canadian military would have anything to do with this.
@AddOneForTheGoodGuys You are a freak yourself, these people have the right to protest and freedom of speech, isn't that under the constitution and 3rd amendment rights? People like you just give a blind eye to the ever-increasing tyrannical military and technological take-over...I'm not from America but it seems like alot of americans are ignorant to your situation you guys need to wake the fuck up and take a stand.
@sheemsheem This is an automated response. Your IP Address has been traced. You are now on a watchlist. Have a nice day and please comply with all military orders in a protest gone riot situation. Have a nice day.
The dude is being hauled away by people they dont even know, and the only thing his friends can do can hold their hands in their air to make those asshole cops jobs more easier, lol, that kid has good friends who really are willing to go to bat for him anytime, anywhere lmao! If that was me, I can tell you right now Id be swingin for the fences on both those mother fuckers :)
Did you know not only is this act illegal, but the sheriff has direct power over ALL federal agencies to prevent and stop these instances.
The Sheriff can supersede the president in domestic matters within his state!! /\ Scroll to the top of this page and type in "Sheriff Mack" into your search bar and see
@AssassiNate00 This is an automated response. Please do not reply. The US Military has supreme authority over all other criminal justice agencies in matters of national security & public disorder. Everything else that you see is smoke and mirrors to convince cartoon educated individuals such as yourself that you have a way out of what you claim is your right to protest. Have a nice day.
@AddOneForTheGoodGuys You are the type of person inside apc's brainwashed taking orders from suits...the us military has authority over nothing, what about the people who die with honor and fight until the end? fuck bluedeath and the whole corps...pussies
@AddOneForTheGoodGuys im military police and you are retarded. its against constitional law for the us military to be used as local police unless we are being invaded or there is a rebellion.
@AddOneForTheGoodGuys im military police and you are retarded. its against constitional law for the us military to be used as local police unless we are being invaded or there is a rebellion.
Folks living in 3rd world countries, who have 8th grade educations, who dont even know the proper way of how to fire a weapon, running around with homemade explosives consisting of planet fertilizer, bleach, and running around with washing machine timers have been holding off the most powerful militiary the world has ever known, going on 9 years now lmao! The US Military could fuck up a wet dream. These people fail at every bit, of every thing. The US Military isnt some kind of unbeatable monster
The only thing needed for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing. Im glad to see that when this country will be in a time of need, you'll be doing nothing :)
What a bunch of pussies! instead of holding their hands up and yelling at them that crowd should've smashed on them. In a situation like this someone should've fuckin helped that guy! what ever happened to patriotism?
lol this is exactly what the world has gone to, no one helps a lending hand, the best if even that they would do is call 911 with the other hand in the pocket. but this shit looks so fake that is probably is.
to all that think this is a hoax, i was standing about two feet awaywhen this happened, it was right after that geeksquad car ran over the foot of the kid in the red bandana. and there were many national guardsmen wearing this type of uniform
@micaelo30 I dont think it's the soldiers fault they are brainwashed, it's the leaders' failure to understand what they are doing and what they are standing for. If the leader is corrupt, so will the followers.
Whatever happened to "I pledge of allegiance to the flag of the "United" States of America, and to the "Republic" to which it "stands", "one nation, under God, indivisible WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL".
they are not real soldiers . I am a real soldier and I was down at the G-20. FUN FACT ..WE DO NOT WEAR THE BCU UNIFORM. WE KNOW HAVE ACU. if you do not know what that means google it.
No they do not. Wear out date was quite a while ago. Prior to G20. Looking at the non-standard footwear and variance in uniforms. I am going to guess local or state police...maybe another federal agency, but most certainly not DoD.
possible, atf maybe. though i was reading that many MPs would be holding onto the tail end of the BCU rotation to save money. on second look though i would be much more willing to go with ATF or state police. good eye on the boots.
No one in the US Army or Marine Corps where wearing BDU's or DCU's at the time of the G20. They had passed the wear out date. Not to mention, MP's were some of the first to get issued the new ACU's since they have a very visible position in the community.
I think these guys are cops, not military. What they're doing is arresting someone. They target them, and abduct and arrest them. I believe this is legal in this situation, where there's a crowd. It's a little bit of terrorism on the part of the police, but, striking fear into Americans is allowed, though it's shady. What happens after the arrest is what really matters. Did they charge him with anything? If so, what, and what did they do with him afterward?
You don't know what the man was "suspected of doing" if it was like any of the other incidents during the G20 I'm guessing he was protesting peacefully. You obviously don't know US law. Police need a reason to arrest you, they need a WARRANT. Unless they see you commit a crime which this man had not. They were also not police but foreign mercenaries hired with your tax dollars to control you.
This video is a set up. It's fake. One there wasn't a single Military soldier at the G20 in those old desert fatigues. This video is set up by anarchists to say that the military was arresting inoccent civilians.
lol, guys seriously go learn about this stuff before you comment. the g20 is a meeting of the leaders of the world's top global economic influences. It is meant to draw up plans to prevent economic crisises such as the recent recession. The protesters were a mix of anarchists and others who did not support widespread capitalism (which is a very American policy). get it right, it's not some government conspiracy.

Just to do open fornication, consume in public and to criticise (lmao proof right here) you have hated Islam n Sharia. Your ignorance has paid a hefty price on forcing you become modern slaves.

Just watch, those Soldiers will eventually be betrayed by their Government. I think the Gov. only need Soldiers to rally us together and take us into FEMA camps... Then, the Government will wipe their collective asses with these Soldiers and throw them away because they'll no longer be needed.
TurnToJesus1 7 months ago
@TurnToJesus1 You know what ... that makes perfect sense... because then the government who takes us to FEMA camps and then throws away their soldiers has a country with no income AND no military to defend it.
Fucking genious!
Now that I think about it... You may be onto something because this would be right down Obama's alley.
YesYouAreIgnorant 7 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant Any country with FEMA camps would'nt need defending once all of the "terrorists" (IE - you and I) were locked away and gassed. It sounds ridiculous, but thats what people said about conspiracies in general some 40 odd years ago.
I believe all Governments are in on the same plan - Create a "new world order". I don't have a clear picture on this matter however, so don't expect that I hold all the answers.
TurnToJesus1 7 months ago
@TurnToJesus1 There are definately conspiracies, even at the top government levels, but i think they typically are directed towards harming other countries/popluations and/or defending their own population. The only case where this wouldn't be true is if certain people in a government were intentionally trying to bring down their own population. Let's say obama killed most americans, including military members, then it's only a matter of time before he himself is taken out as well.
YesYouAreIgnorant 7 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant That is if all Governments wern't apart of the NWO, which I think they may be - Although I don't believe the armys they deploy know this themselves. Although I'm not certain, I think each Government see's their soldiers as expendable to some extent.
I guess I'm just trying to put things together, like yourself. I don't know any of this for sure other than that Riot cops appear to be behaving like thugs.

captwasabi 1 year ago
@captwasabi john warner defense authorization act wipes its ass with posse comitatus, and so does PDD 51. NORTHCOM has a brigade homeland now. what about that posse comitatus thing now?
snappa52 11 months ago
@snappa52 H.R. 5122 in no way affords the military the right to enforce the law or act in a policing manner nor does PDD 51. As for Northcom, they have always kept a portion of the military for us during times of natural or manmade disasters. There was no loss of posse comitatus after the Oklahoma City bombing, Hurrican Andrew or Katrina or any of the other times themilitary has been deployed since the Civil War. Stop listening to Alex Jones. He's a moron.
captwasabi 11 months ago
@captwasabi national guard is for deployments at home, anything else is a violation of posse comitatus no matter how you try and justify it. I was in the Marines, I dont need to take Jones word on anything. During Katrina eggregious violations by the national guard, and police occurred. PDD 51 empowers the President which in turn empowers the military, John Warner Act Federalizes the national guard which becomes a violation of posse comitatus.
snappa52 11 months ago
@snappa52 Whatever dude. You are obviously misreading something, either intentionally or not. The point is that nothing you have stated above has, or has the ablility to, do away with possee comitatus. Not HR5122. Not PDD 51. Nothing. Canada is no policing our streets any time soon nor is the american military going to be used for policing our streets any time soon. end of story. End of discussion. And you being in the Marines means fuckall.
captwasabi 11 months ago
@captwasabi "Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergencies" Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal. Google it. Posse Comitatus has already been violated, a law that's not enforced is not worth the paper it's written on. Use some empirical thought, meathead
snappa52 11 months ago
@snappa52 Ok psycho boy. Calm down, take your meds actualyl try taking your own adivce. There is nothing in the agreement that says any military forces would be used for police functions which is the very essence of the PCA. Posse Comitatus has not been violated as no agreement openly allows anyones military into the other country. It merely provides for a framework for planning. The call still needs to be made by the respective civilian govt. Your tinfoil hat is slipping.
captwasabi 11 months ago
@captwasabi before you said it did not exist, and now you have to qualify it to put it into your context? its pretty weak when you break out the psycho boy and tinfoil hat bullshit. can you have a serious discussion without resorting to the mentally lethargic ad hominem tactic? it's okay, don't believe your lying eyes captain fantastic
snappa52 11 months ago
@snappa52 See, you can't even debate honestly whihc is why I'm pretty much going to ignore any more of your stupidity. I NEVER said the agreement with Canada did not exist, now did I you miserable lying douchebag? What I said was that Canada's military is not policing our streets any time soon, that you have obviously misread the article and that Posse Comitaus is still in full effect. Additionally, HR5122 and PDD52 do not do away with the PCA. That's why you are delusional.
captwasabi 11 months ago
@captwasabi You said nothing i've listed is going is going to infringe on posse comitatus. active duty regiment dedicated to responding to civil unrest is taking on a policing function and that is a violation. if active duty military becomes the police or has a function of policing everything you say falls on its face. The apparatus has been put into place to push aside posse comitatus, you dont have the foresight to see that. At the point where a system has been set up to outflank it, its gone
snappa52 10 months ago

It doesnt matter if they are in a perceived support role, this is the executive branch outflanking the constitution
snappa52 10 months ago
@captwasabi i said PDD 51, who's being dishonest now?

snappa52 10 months ago
@captwasabi Army times announced that NORTHCOM would deal with civil unrest and crowd control, sounds like policing to me. "3rd Infantry’s 1st BCT trains for a new dwell-time mission. Helping ‘people at home’ may become a permanent part of the active Army"~Army Times Sept 8 2008.
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 Dear Moron. Please read TITLE 10 > Subtitle A > PART I > CHAPTER 18 of the US Code. Thanks. You are so stupid that you don't even realize that the PCA merely prohibits federal troops from functioning as law enforcement. In other words, Governors can call out the NG for dealing with civil unrest. This has happened dozens of times; Watts Riots, Enforcing the Brown v Board of Ed ruling ending segregation. It's when the troops are federal that the PCA limits their powers. You are so dumb.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi There is a difference between a governor using the national guard and the federal government, smug sycophant. how can a citizen redress their grievances with the president or the pentagon? a citizen can redress their grievances with a governor though. You've built the strawman on this one, I've been talking about federalization throughout this whole string. Authors of posse comitatus never envisioned the abolition of well trained militia or a national guard that could be federalized
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 You're missing the point. There has never been, since the Civil War, a single incident of federalized troops being used to police the streets. It didn't happen in the 1960's. It didn't happen during the Watts Riots. It didn't happen in Katrina. You claim I am straw-manning this and yet that exactly what you are doing in fact. You are, either through intent or ignorance, misinterpreting the truth of the matter and allowing your distrust of authority to create a ficticious future.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@snappa52 2nd, I didn't straw man anything. I was attempting to explain to you that the National Guard CAN be used for policing actions, just not when federalized. I fail to see how my clearly explaining the facts is to build a straw man. Well, I guess it would be a straw man to someone without a firm grasp on reality.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi it was a complete straw man tactic because we were not talking about a force under the control of the governors. The thrust of my arguement is that the federal govt should not use active duty military for policing actions and I've never stated otherwise, you offered the non-federalized national guard as an example which is completely irrelevant. carry on and keep licking those boots sycophant, you will be middle management someday
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 My point is, you ignorant fuckstick, is that the fed is NOT going to be using troops for policing actions. I've said this a number of times thus far but you are either, by intent or by ignorance, incapable of comprehending this. My example is fully relevant as it explains the only manner in which troops can be sued for policing actions. It's not my fault you're a stupid fuck. Oh, and by the way, I'm way past middle management you stupid fuck. I actually own several businesses.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi your point is your opinion, the army times said that brigade homeland would be used for policing actions and they would be using an array of non-lethal weapons. I dont comprehend it because its not true you bipolar nimrod. Are you from Pennsylvania? I have family that was at this G20 and everything you see on this video actually happened. You are living in denial and until you get your facts together, float away for a while. You are a yuppie who thinks he is in on the game, youre not
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 I just don't get your stupidity. You say that military forces will be used for policing actions but when I say that the Constitution and Federal law already allows for this in very specific ways you tell me I'm wrong. It's obvious that you are trying to have your cake and eat it too. Your entire argument is bullshit. There is nothing illegal about what the military signed. You're just too fucking stupid to realize it. And I am far from a yuppie you inbred hillbilly donkeyfucker.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi The National Guard and the Coast Guard are those specific entities for policing, not regular Army. When the National Guard is Federalized they obviously come out of the purvey of the Governors and into the authority of the President and Pentagon, that is the issue. It is legal when they are under the authority of the Governor, when they federalize they become illigitimate you brain dead yuppie. You are a fascist sympathizer who doesnt know his ass from a hole in the ground
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 I can't figure out if you're just fucking stupid or intentional being deceitful. The ArmyTimes aretical by Gina Cavallaro (9/30/08) in no way mentions law enforcement or policing. What it does say is that the brigade would simply be on call as a federal response force. That's it. You're the fucking idiot putting so much more into this. Heling with "civil unrest" and "crowd control" is neither policing nor a violation of the PCA you moronic twit.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@snappa52 As for the rest of your stupidity about my being a "fascist sympathizer" and a "yuppie", coming from you that's a fucking compliment. Now I'm done engaging with your incredible arrogance and lack of intelligence. Call it me running away, you winning or whatever it is you need to make yourself feel better. captwasabi 10 months ago
You should have floated away 20 posts ago
snappa52 10 months ago
@captwasabi the Army Times reported on September 30: The battle-hardened brigade, straight out combat duty in Iraq, will engage in “specialty tasks” usually reserved for local law enforcement. In addition, the brigade will use “the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded… designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them,” an especially chilling prospect in light of growing predictions of civil unrest as the economy worsens. Overstepping their mandate
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 What's really amazing me is that you were probably all pissing and moaning about how Bush didn't do enough and the like during Katrina and yet when the govt tries to put very specific methods in place to help with the next instance of a major catastrophe of that maginitude you're all of a sudden reading bullshit "NWO" conspiracies into it and coming up with the most ridiculous bullshit. All from a short article that you can barely comprehend. That you can vote terrifies me.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi dont lecture me captain fantastic. Weapons were confiscated by federalized troops and local police during Katrina, a violation of the constitution and posse comitatus. It is easy to comprehend that brigade homeland has at its disposal non lethal weapons like the LRAD and microwave guns to disperse crowds. this is not the national guard, this is regular army fuck stick. anyone who denies the one world govt doesnt read the news, Brown, Sarkozy, VanRompuy and others have called for it
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 There we go. Thank you for identifying yourself for the delusional fucktard we all suspected you were. I love how you can even suggest a one world govt when not even Europe can march in the same direction. Dude, your "Brigade Homeland" has supposedly been in effect since 2008. Seen any soldiers on the streets lately? No? Didn't think so. As for the troops, not one of them were federalized. All 46,838 were deputized by the state in full compliance with the law dumbshit.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi how can they be deputized by the Governor if they are not under the control of the Governor ass wipe? These are active duty troops, not the national guard. NORTHCOM reports to the Army's chain of command, not the National Guard's. The Army's troops are subject to the orders of the Commander in Chief, the National Guard is subject to the Governor of that state unless they are federalized under the John Warner Act.
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 The military can operate in a State in the exact same way the USBP can. the USBP is a federal agency and while it has federal jurisdiction USBP agents cannot arrest individuals for violation of State laws. They CAN, however, SUPPORT state and local LEO's. This is EXACTLY what this Brigade Homeland would be you fucking moron and is what I've been trying to explain to you for the past two fuckign weeks but apparently I truly can't fix stupid. You are on your own from here.
captwasabi 10 months ago
@captwasabi Border Patrol is a law enforcement agency with a specific focus, not a military force. We've never had an active duty element as a component of NORTHCOM until 3rd ID.The non-lethal package includes equipment to stand up a hasty road block; spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic; shields and batons; and, beanbag bullets. (Salon) That is police work.
snappa52 10 months ago
@captwasabi using the U.S. military as a standing law enforcement force inside the U.S. has been more or less honored -- until now. And as the Army Times notes, once this particular brigade completes its one-year assignment, "expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one." (Salon)
snappa52 10 months ago
@captwasabi We dont need active duty military to conduct, assist, or participate in law enforcement. Our leadership should have the foresight not to over-reach with the National Guard troops so that they can be at the ready to do their job at home. Federalizing National Guard troops and sending them to a foreign country is agains their mission. I can't truly fix yuppie delusions, do what your told and believe what you're fed. Seems like you are good at that
snappa52 10 months ago
@snappa52 I'm pretty sure the only branch of the military that can conduct law enforcement is the Coast Guard. All the other branches are not allowed to unless Martial Law is declared. Everyone in this country is loosing their rights because they are afraid of terrorists. I would rather deal with the threat than loose my rights.
gonzisonsbc 7 months ago
@gonzisonsbc what you're describing is how it should be, but there is a fading line between the military and the civilian sectors because of the war on terror
snappa52 7 months ago
@gonzisonsbc Well i'm pretty sure you have no idea what your talking about. The military can be used to protect/police any federal function/event/person/blah blah blah. Secondly - the National Guard can be called out by the state at any point and used for police action. So... it has nothing to do with losing rights or the war on terror. It's been this way since the national guard came into existance. But, you know, ignorance is cooler so...
YesYouAreIgnorant 7 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant I'm afraid you are the one who is ignorant. I know exactly what I'm talking about. It seems you have lost your head up your own ass. The U.S military can't be used for law enforcement except for the the Coast Guard when they conduct law enforcement boardings. The National Guard can only be used in a state of emergency when Martial Law is declared. Even your utube user name shows you're an idiot. You should be stuffed in a car by thugs wearing fatigues and driven off....
gonzisonsbc 7 months ago
@gonzisonsbc There's a different between law enforcement and security. The federal military can be used to protect federal assets, and the national guard, which is a state asset, can be used to supplement police actions in their own state as well. Please explain to me why I was in a downtown D.C. highschool gym with my unit waiting to be called out if there were any riots during the presidential inaguration. So... you have literally no idea wtf your talking about. Good try though.
YesYouAreIgnorant 7 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant If there were riots during the inauguration that would be considered an emergency wouldn't it? If everyone started to riot martial law wouldn't be declared??? You aren't going to see a national guard unit arresting someone on U.S soil unless MARTIAL LAW is declared. Your fucking ridiculous!!!! I served too and it seems you were misinformed. Sorry .
gonzisonsbc 7 months ago
@gonzisonsbc You are missing the point. A) The men in this video were Police. B) The Military can be used as security for Federal assets because they ARE a Federal asset. Who flies Air Force 1? USAF. Who flies the Marine 1? USMC. If the president were to come under attack in either of those vehicles who would defend him? The military. Same goes for G20 - if something happend the military would be there, with local law enforcement, to protect the assets. It's not about arresting anyone. Get it?
YesYouAreIgnorant 7 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant @YesYouAreIgnorant you need to research Posse Comitatus. Please read before you speak.
frankfritter35 6 months ago
@YesYouAreIgnorant and "except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress" would be a matter of public record. This is indeed a violation.
frankfritter35 6 months ago
@frankfritter35 How is it a violation for civilian Police Officers to arrest someone? What you all aren't getting is that just because they are wearing fatigues does not make them military. YOU can go buy any number of countries fatigues at a store in your area today. It's not a violation. Secondly - if any of those protestors got violent with federal assets, federal assets are going to help protect it. That's also not a violation. There is a difference between policing and security. Get it?

ok #1 the canadian millitary weres didgital not that crap and 2 did you see a camo canadian camo flag or even a flag at all plus they dont use cheep shit cars like that the doors would have been at least modded so that guy cant get out or brake the windows
reycool1900 1 year ago
@reycool1900 That "modding" you are talking about is called a child prrof lock and is available on just about every American car made asshat. And since you can't tell if glass is reinforced or not that portion of your statement is bullshit. Lastly, since this took place in Pittsburgh I fail to see what the Canadian military would have anything to do with this.

AddOneForTheGoodGuys 1 year ago
@AddOneForTheGoodGuys You are a freak yourself, these people have the right to protest and freedom of speech, isn't that under the constitution and 3rd amendment rights? People like you just give a blind eye to the ever-increasing tyrannical military and technological take-over...I'm not from America but it seems like alot of americans are ignorant to your situation you guys need to wake the fuck up and take a stand.

Did you know not only is this act illegal, but the sheriff has direct power over ALL federal agencies to prevent and stop these instances.
The Sheriff can supersede the president in domestic matters within his state!! /\ Scroll to the top of this page and type in "Sheriff Mack" into your search bar and see
AssassiNate00 1 year ago
@AssassiNate00 This is an automated response. Please do not reply. The US Military has supreme authority over all other criminal justice agencies in matters of national security & public disorder. Everything else that you see is smoke and mirrors to convince cartoon educated individuals such as yourself that you have a way out of what you claim is your right to protest. Have a nice day.

WE KNOW HAVE ACU. if you do not know what that means google it.
dtcarmy 2 years ago
many national guard still wear the BCU if u didnt know.
bigredjeff007420 2 years ago
No they do not. Wear out date was quite a while ago. Prior to G20. Looking at the non-standard footwear and variance in uniforms. I am going to guess local or state police...maybe another federal agency, but most certainly not DoD.
MAOfights 2 years ago
possible, atf maybe. though i was reading that many MPs would be holding onto the tail end of the BCU rotation to save money. on second look though i would be much more willing to go with ATF or state police. good eye on the boots.
bigredjeff007420 2 years ago
No one in the US Army or Marine Corps where wearing BDU's or DCU's at the time of the G20. They had passed the wear out date. Not to mention, MP's were some of the first to get issued the new ACU's since they have a very visible position in the community.

sackville10 2 years ago
I think these guys are cops, not military. What they're doing is arresting someone. They target them, and abduct and arrest them. I believe this is legal in this situation, where there's a crowd. It's a little bit of terrorism on the part of the police, but, striking fear into Americans is allowed, though it's shady. What happens after the arrest is what really matters. Did they charge him with anything? If so, what, and what did they do with him afterward?
wildgift2 2 years ago
You don't know what the man was "suspected of doing" if it was like any of the other incidents during the G20 I'm guessing he was protesting peacefully. You obviously don't know US law. Police need a reason to arrest you, they need a WARRANT. Unless they see you commit a crime which this man had not. They were also not police but foreign mercenaries hired with your tax dollars to control you.

lol, guys seriously go learn about this stuff before you comment. the g20 is a meeting of the leaders of the world's top global economic influences. It is meant to draw up plans to prevent economic crisises such as the recent recession. The protesters were a mix of anarchists and others who did not support widespread capitalism (which is a very American policy). get it right, it's not some government conspiracy.
