This is not autotune. The sound from the keyboard is going through the pipe so the sound comes from his mouth. When he moves his lips it changes the sound so that it forms words. He is not using his voice and all the notes he "sings" is controlled with the keyboard.

With autotune you use your voice and the computer sucks your pitch like a magnet to the nearest note you selected on the autotune. That is why it eliminates vibrato and portamento.
