Also, warpath was kind of in the golden lagoon, you missed cliffjumper (and seaspray in the wave 2), and there is another warpath name in the movie line (he's a target exclusive, it wasn't released till '08, and i'm sure you know about it by now). anyway, sorry bout that nagging, i just had to say it. I'm not booing you in any way, you're one of my favourite reviewers, and one of my insperations for when i start reviewing things.

Sea Sprays voice sounds like Mer Mans voice from He Man.

Warpath I never liked that much. I dont know why but I dont see how a tank fits in with the other autobots. NOne of the other autobots from the first two seasons are war vehicles. Blitzwing is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay color than Warpath, not only because he is a tripple changer, I think Blitzwings color is better as well.

Just got him today cost me £5 inc. p+p. Not a bad start to my mini bot collection. Mine is really stiff as well which is making me think once I've got pics of him I'll leave him in robot mode and never change him back for fear of snapping him

Apart from the re-release Warpath was recoloured in Japan in 2004 as Treds a Destron (Decepticon) in a boxset along with Destrons Bug Bite (Bumblebee) and Bad Boy (Powerglide) and Cybertrons (Autobots) Pathfinder (Cosmos), Road Ranger (Huffer) and Small Foot (Gears)

The unique thing about your reviews is that you actually discuss their personalities. I remember the comic books had 1 or 2 Autobot or Decepticon reviews with full scale artwork on the left and a complete personal description of the figure on the right.

I had Warpath, lost it at school. Bought it again. Ten years later (when I was a CS student) I swapped it for Hook, the LAST Constructicon I needed to form Devastator. I have to say Warpath is an awesome figure. Perhaps I'm going to buy it for the 3rd time.

I had him originally too and was quite fond of the toy. You mentioned "Hoist Goes To Hollywood", i had a very sentimental attachment to the Hoist toy (my first regular size tf) so any chance of a G1 Hoist review sometime please?

Awesome review silverbolt! I happen to enjoy the way Warpath talks lol, although I agree with what you said about Seaspray and Wheelie (ESPECIALLY Wheelie). Warpath and Blitzwing also displayed their rivalry in "The Golden Lagoon":
