My point is if they re-sign both Budaj and Stastny, they will have to release a high paid player.

um he obviously is coming back for this last season to and then he will retire. I could care less that we didnt get Forsberg were still the best team in the NHL and we got Mccarty back. Just cuz your team is struggling to make the playoffs doesnt mean you should be bitter against the best team.

Forsberg turned down the Red Wings. Why? Because they are regular season heroes, they play in a weak division, and they choke come playoff time; especially against the Quack! Go Red Wings! Maybe you will have another great Regular Season like you did in 1996.

They traded him because it was the smart thing to do. He strung the Flyers along for months, the Flyers were there for him and all his foot problems, dumb ass. He's a front runner and nothing more. Lol, look at him now, didn't even play against LA and may not even play agains tthe Canucks because he says he needs more time to "practice with his team", god damn, what a waste.
