Halo anime? Somehow it fits but doesn't. It's understandable why they chose to make an anime, for the seriousness of it. But it's just strange because of the graphics of the game its more of a dark and intense theme. Anime can be dark but you can see lighter themes surrounding them. The anime will possibly come out well but my opinion, it should have leaned on realism CG and such.

Although I don't dislike the idea to make it an anime, but the idea of making it a CG series would probably look cooler, and also fit in with the scenes from the game. Either way, we get to learn more about the story etc.

The whole Halo series revolved around mindless violence. Ths story told you that "The Covenant are attacking" and that was it. Then we were thrust into battle. That's the whole reason why we loved the Halo series, BECAUSE there was no storyline. We just wanted to shoot shit! We already had books, and that was pushing it. I don't approve it at all.
