  • Okay, I basically agree with this overall message and there's no denying the disrespect directed at our sisters from Black men at every level.

    But there's plenty here I'd argue too, one thing being all the absolutes pronounced here. Nothing is either black or white and when we ignore the shades of gray, we fail to take all things into consideration.

    I understand and appreciate where this author is coming from but have never been a fan of broad statements that claim to resolve the issues.

  • Thanks for taking the time to encourage black men to speak respectfully of their mothers, sisters, daughters, and women in general - that needs to be heard! (Spoken as a black man myself)
