Is the swingyde set-up a little towards your left arm at address ?

I guess mines was setup wrong, I had it in the middle of my arms , were it would make my back swing very flat and felt very weird.

BirdieMan - using the swingyde correctly it will look like it is pointing more at your left arm at address because your hands should be ahead of the ball. Remember - the Swingyde should be set absolutely square to the clubface. This is essential. the at address you should obvioulsy square the face to the target, but your hands (with a 7-iron) should be ahead of the ball, so the Swingyde will lean towards your left wrist, because the shaft is obviously doing the same. I hope this helps.

ha! it took me a couple of times to notice where the swing guide was, I kept checking out the pretty golfer!!!

I didn't really get a sense of how the gizmo was working however....or hold it helped. good to see in in action anyway, thanks for the post.

okay, I've just ordered my "swing gyde" as have a problem with being too flat on the back swing.. I had a go on an "Explanar" recently and couldn't believe how steep I needed to be, hopefully the Swing Gyde will allow me to practice this at home and on the range. I am a Hogan nut, but I have struggled with consistancy with a flatter swing, so time to get a bit more upright me thinks!

Yes very much. It helps with my club face awareness (I was getting it shut in my takeaway) and the shaft plane halfway back (was too flat). Good luck!
